They showed up 15 minutes before appointment time and were very professional. My glass was changed very quickly and I've had no issues.

This location has no reason to accept customers. 4 different errors. A month long wait. Safelite should lock the doors at this location.

A small rock repair turned into an entire windshield replacement. They wanted to charge $300 for recalibration. Toyota would do it for $140.When I asked Safelite to just replace the windshield without calibration, they said that my insurance wouldn't allow that. So I told them I would pay cash for the job and they shouldn't go through my insurance. They said that if I didn't use insurance, they would charge me $500 more than what it would be if I used insurance!!!So I canceled my appointment and used someone local. I will NEVER USE SAFELITE AGAIN.

If I could zero stars I would. We had to go through 5 different windshields over a period of 2 months because they insisted on going with aftermarket glass when OEM was required. The manager is a pompous jerk who tried to bully you into payment before service. They also broke the rain sensor on my new Palisade yet denied it being associated with windshield replacement.Do NOT go here. If forced by insurance, retain an attorney and be prepared to file a police report for claim purposes.

Do not bring your car here. A technician came out to fix a crack in our windshield that was literally a half an inch long. He came out and hadn’t put any kind of machines or anything on the windshield yet. He cleaned it and started chipping away at it with a razor blade. After that he put silicone in it or whatever they use to seal it and pushed so hard that the crack went from a half an inch to 16 inches long!! Now safelite expects up to pay for the repair of the windshield. Everyone at the office is so rude especially the manager Jeff and the receptionist Kristy. They don’t not need to work around people. I have also called the customer care service line and nothing. No numbers are right on any kind of website. Finally got in touch with a real person and they said they would forward it up and I haven’t heard anything from anyone but safelite loves to email me asking me when I’m going to replace my windshield with them ? i hope you guys get sued.. oh wait you are, by me ??

Paid express fee to be the first windshield of the day today (Wednesday). Scheduled for 8am. We rearranged our morning schedule so that I took our youngest to preschool, which made me get into the office about an hour and a half later than I usually do. Tech called 15 minutes before the appointment to tell us the windshield was backordered. I tried to call Safelite and got a completely automated dial through system. Tried every avenue to get to a person, and finally thought I was going to get to someone... it rang twice, acted like someone picked up, and then went on a silent hold for 5 minutes before hanging up. Safelite was kind enough to auto-reschedule for a date and time we were not available. Finally, I was able to find a different phone number in an old email from them and cancel and get a refund. If a windshield is backordered for a client who clearly has a tight schedule (we paid 50 extra to have first appointment), you would think you could give them at least a day notice. When I finally got someone on the line, the windshield was not backordered. Safelite had just ordered the wrong windshield. It still would not have been that big of a problem if I had been able to get someone on the phone in a semi-efficient manner. absolutely pitiful and I will never use them again.

Ordered a new windshield on Nov 27 2023. Appointment was set for Nov 30th, Nov 30th tech calls and states the new windshield will not be in until Dec 7th. Dec 7th rolls around and they show up with a broken windshield, so no installation. Tech states we will reorder and will install Dec 14. Dec 14th rolled around and tech calls to say they lost the windshield, so no install and no new appointment…..find someone else to use, these people and business suck

Did not fix my friends car, she had a 9:30 appointment. At 4:30 pm they call her and said they have the wrong windshield. So we drove 2 hours here and waited all day and still didn't get her car fix. Would not recommend them. Pour service.

We scheduled a same day appointment for two of my windows to be replaced. Dropped off that morning at 8:30 and took time out of our work day and was told we would be called to pick up our vehicle but that they closed at 5:00. We live 45 minutes away and had no call by 4:00. Left the house anyways (more time away from work) and arrived at 4:50 to see that only one window was done. There is no local number to call and the prompts on the general number are a joke. You can’t get a call through for any reason. And when my husband explained VERY politely that we had a same day service and why we were there despite no call the receptionist got a huge attitude and wasn’t helpful at all. I’d drive anywhere else if I ever need a window fixed again.

Today I had to get my back window fixed. This company was helpful and very nice. They acknowledged us when we walked in and were very friendly. The gentleman that helped us name is Tristan and he is awesome. Hands down!!! I recommend this establishment.
