Yazmine greeted me as soon as I came in and helped me find exactly what I needed. She also answered any questions I had about products which was super helpful and is why I would recommend this place to anyone in need of hair products. I will be back soon!

Oof, I was surprised to see the earlier reviews. This review is in regards to my experience yesterday.Yazmine was great! My good friend and I came in to get supplies to dye my mom’s hair. I had screen shots on my phone, and Yazmine was fabulous about helping us to find each item. She was friendly and on the ball. When another customer entered, she paused to greet them and ask if they needed help as well.Thank you!

How has no one reviewed this yet?! They have all the good stuff that most Sally's do. Time for some root dyin' so that's my mission today. But if I need to get any Mermaid or Unicorn color, I know they've got plenty. And Dennis at the front is friendly as all get out ;)

I only visit this Sally's when its convenient. From what I've seen, this location employs older aged staff which are much slower with checking out, aren't tech savvy, and have a very hard time processing returns for in-store and online orders. Im all about equal opportunity employment, but slow service can be an extreme inconvenience. From my experience at other Sally's, returns should only take 3-5 minutes, it take this location 15-20 mins for one item. They usually have at least 2 employees in the store at all times, but I've only seen one cashier even when they're busy. Other employees aren't even willing to help when there's several customers waiting to check out and the cashier doesn't ask a coworker for help to get the line down. I tried to return (2) items today at this location. To no surprise, the Asian lady had no clue how to return an online order and the other employee couldn't be found. Frustrated, I just told the cashier that I would go to the Sally's on Presidential where I never have issues. From now on I will ONLY go to the Sally's where I know for sure I can get in and out!

The two employees behind the counter in their own world talking etc. I walked up and asked them what number developer I needed. They both were snobby and did not offer to help me at all. Then the blonde headed employee even made a remark why I was getting the large container of color. When I checked out, blonde lady said I hope you enjoy your products. I thought to myself yeah lady what help you were. I will not be going back in that store. I used to shop there a lot and previous employers so helpful. The two ladies working today might as well been somewhere else. Not only what they said how they said it. Rude!!!

This was my first experience with Sally's on Tom Hill Sr and it was fantastic! The lady working last night, Feb. 25th was so professional and helpful in getting me set up with extentions for the first time. She matched my hair color perfectly. Thank you so much!

I was followed around by an older lady employee. When I first came in she followed me to the nail section asking me did I need any help & I replied “Noâ€. Then I went to the toner section & she walked right pass me and went into the back for I would say maybe 5 minutes before coming out again and asking me did I need help while following me around the nail section. I felt as if I was racially profiled I will go to the one on presidential park way for now on.

Just by chance I chose this Sally's because it was right in my line of fire so to speak. The cashier was rude, that's putting it mildly. And the other two employees I encountered did not even offer help of any kind. I will be using the one on Eisenhower where I always get friendly excellent service.
