First, I’m traveling back home to Florida. Stopped in around 3am. The guy watched my every move. Like seriously? Do I look like I’m gonna steal? No. Then I asked if I could just put a little bit of ice in my drink and he wouldn’t do it without charging me $1. ONE DOLLAR FOR WATER THATS FROZEN!? Ok, to each their own, but come on.

Avoid this shell at all costs. I paid $45 dollars inside for pump 7. Went outside to pump and it wasn’t working. I went back inside and the clerk told me I said pump 5 when I know for a fact I did not. During this time, another customer used my money at pump 5 to pump gas into their car. Instead of arguing with me he could have switched it to pump 7. To top it all off, he would not give me a refund. Of course he gave a fake name so I wouldn’t report him. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a gas station. Also, avoid the restrooms, they are the epitome of filth.

This place looks really nice from the outside. We were traveling through and stopped to walk our dogs and use the restroom ourselves. There is trash EVERYWHERE in the grassy areas. The women's bathroom was disgusting. The trash can was overflowing, one of the toilet seats had feces and toilet paper all over it, the whole restroom stank of stale urine. For soap, there was a giant bottle from Sam's Club on the edge of the only sink. I felt more disgusting walking out of there. I didn't even bother to look around the store. It's a shame that the outside of this business (the building itself) looks so good!

The site phone number isn't listed on the ticket. The address printed on ticket doesn't match what Shell has posted on their web site. First time called the phone number to speak about the fuel ticket, the person didn't speak English. When called again this morning at 8:00 a.m. we were told to call back after 10:00 when manager comes in. We have now been calling for approximately one hour with no answer. And my husband is still getting emails from your company. I will not be using Shell.

This location does participate in the Shell gas gold rewards program, which could help their customers save up to 10 cents a gallon.

The bathrooms were very, very dirty and smelled strongly of old pee. Food items weren’t priced and no staff in sight. I wish I could find something positive to say, but I wouldn’t recommend.

Cashier was sitting down talking in phone and didn’t notice me for 5 minutes. Didn’t even reply when I said hello. This people disappoints shell stations.
