The process was so smooth it's very well kept very secured. The manager there was so knowledgeable and kind it was the best experience I've had at a storage area ever. I definitely recommend iStorage, I will not store anywhere else ever again.

The facility presents a charming aesthetic; however, the staffing performance requires significant improvement. The staff's demeanor is perceived as unenthusiastic, and their engagement with patrons could be more welcoming. Furthermore, the absence of office personnel on weekends resulted in unattended maintenance issues, including an open air conditioning unit door and accumulated weekend debris, which were addressed on Monday. Additionally, interactions with the individual driving the white SUV have created an unwelcoming atmosphere.

DO NOT RENT HERE if you care about your belongings. There was a rodent infestation that management was aware of and did not say anything until I came to file a complaint about droppings i seen. They were nonchalant about the issue and blame it on a tenant who brought food into the space. They were not even curteous enough to call tenants that had been affected. I have reached out to the property three times since then with no response or even an apology- they are ignoring my emails. Most of my items have rodent pee and droppings and are not salvageable. There were also dead rodents in the unit. Very disappointed in the lack of concern for tenants.

Customer service at the Peake Road location is absolutely superb!!!!! I’ve used several storage facilities in the past and none can measure up to this one.

Check in with was a breeze with Amica. She was super kind and welcoming. Facility is clean and aisles are spacious. Glad to have rented here.

Ms.Amica(sorry if I misspelled your name) .... I can't say enough about this lady. She is truly one of a kind that goes above and beyond her normal duties. I rented at this location for nearly 2 years and never ran into any issues as far as pest, safety or security.I definitely recommend this storage facility and if I ever need a storage in the near future they will be 1st on my list.I truly hope I-storage understand the kind of employee Ms. Amica is and hope they value her! I wish I could have her on my team. She's that amazing!Thank you again for everything you've done and I hope you know your hard work and knowledge doesn't go unnoticed!
