The warm welcome at the front desk makes all the difference. I was greeted with a gentle smile and ask if I found everything that I needed. That goes along way. Definitely will recommend my family, friends and colleagues.

I went to drop off a package at this store on today customer service sucked. Ms. Jeraldine was very rude to me, because she was upset with another customer before me. She has very poor customer service. She’s impatient & short tempered. When I told her not to take it out on me she still had the same nasty approach. She could’ve apologized, and I would’ve been okay with that, because we all have good & bad days in customer service, but you still have to conduct yourself in a respectful manner. Decent & in order. I stood there for a while & she never apologized I guess she’s okay with her actions. Repulsive !

The large woman doing amazon returns needs to be reprimanded. She always has a stank attitude and she messed up my Amazon return!!!! She ended up producing a receipt after her system "got messed up" but it's been 2 weeks and the status is still saying I didn't return the item to the store WHEN I KNOW I DID. Im currently fighting w/ Amazon to get my money back bcus the only thing they do is what the computer tells them to do and the computer says i didn't return the item and it is the clerks fault. It took 20 whole minutes and she claimedher system kept messing up, this has never happened to me before. I will just start going back to the UPS store in Shoppers Value bcus Ive NEVER had any kind of problems when i go there

The most unhelpful store I've ever been to. The woman that works in printing NEVER has a smile. The managers are super helpful if you're buying a warranty on something but ask for help printing and they are clueless. Just visited today and I absolutely hate the level of customer service here.

I stand in front of the “Print and pick up desk “ a long time and the person inside didn’t answer my question and still work on herself. She knows I was there and I was sure she heard my question! Whether I was an Asian person? I was not sure ?

This place is always a delight to visit; well stocked and friendly staff. Staples offers great deals especially if you take advantage of their promotions like recycling printer cartridges. Great place to go for office furniture and excellent selection of paper; I was shopping for shipping labels for eBay and they had just what I wanted and on sale. Stop by and get what you need.

I’ve never had a great experience at this staples, or honestly any staples when it comes to printing. The employees always seem miserable and aren’t very kind. Yesterday I came in expecting to have a bad experience per usual, but I had the opposite experience because a lady named Helen took care of me. She was really nice and I was in and out, which never happens. I appreciate the kindness she showed me & I hope it comes back around to her. Keep it up girl.

I went to this Staples to buy printer cartridges solely because the web site says they offer a 10% Military discount. The ink cartridge I needed was actually $4.00 more than the same cartridge at Walmart, but I just try to avoid the Walmart near this store because of the TERRIBLE part of town it's located in. When I got to the checkout, I showed the guy on the register my military ID, he acknowledged it and said ok. When he gave me the sale total, it did not deduct the discount. I challenged him. At first, he claimed that Staples didn't offer a military discount. I took out my phone and showed him on the web site where it clearly said that for 2022, there was the 10% military discount. He came up with at least 3 excuses why it didn't apply. These retailers need to understand that a VERY large percentage of the population are "informed shoppers" in todays economy. It does irreparable damage to them to play the "smoke and mirrors" game today. I will NEVER, NOT EVER, darken the door of a Staples again.

I went to staples to use the fax machine. I asked several times for help because the fax did not go through. The employee brushed me off with a very short answer and went back to what she was doing. I asked the question again she act like she did not hear me. I asked another employee, he did come to help me but , did not want to. I did what he said but information was not accurate. I asked could he come to see what the error was he got his stuff from behind counter and walked off. I will never go there again.
