As US veteran I am ashamed to use this bank. It takes forever for this bank to release my recurring monthly deposit. Would not recommend bank to anyone much less veterans.

I hate leaving bad reviews but the employee Rushell is incredibly rude. I walked in and she asked me if she could help me with anything, I was going in for a wire transfer and only bankers are able to process them, so I said not today. She proceeded to loudly talk to her coworker about how I am really rude and how she hates dealing with me. I understand that it must be frustrating to deal with difficult customers; however, I was nowhere near rude and it is incredibly unprofessional to loudly talk and laugh about a customer.

I am very dissatisfied with this Bank. My Bank card was compromised back in April and I still don't have a new Bank card. I live in FL however due to the loss of several family members in the last few month's I'm in GA. My mail is forwarded to me here in GA. We'll here it is June 30th still no card?? I'm Disabled and I can't just run around from here to there like they are wanting me to do. I spoke with a Supervisor at the 800 number and he told me I could go to the Bank here and get one well somebody needs to tell them that. I have spoken to a few different people and everyone of them tell me something different ? All I want is a new Bank card, that's all.

Left a message Friday the May 13th and as of Monday 16 no one has called me back. I called Zebulon Rd branch May 12 and 13 three times and never received a call back.

I go to Suntrust all over the city to do banking. Today I stopped in at the Gray hwy location where I met Ms. Hurt as a teller. Started off rough due to fact of an accounting error on my part unnoticed at the time.She was patient, kind, and professional through my error. Which at no point did she blame me(TY). This is much appreciated and definitely the bank I’ll recommend to others. Keep up the good work!

Went in to get a document notarized and they wouldn’t serve because I didn’t have a mask on. I told them I have a vaccine and they said you still need to wear a mask. I’ve been a customer of suntrust for 7 years it’s absolutely ridiculous.
