“Great group of guys, with great customer service. If there is anything that has sold out they always offer you something in the same caliber. We were looking for Don Q rum which was sold out but they gave us a recommendation of RumHaven which is excellent and smooth. Anytime we visit Macon this is our number 1 stop. Only thing is that they do not do the VIP card anymore. But all in all I love shopping there.”
“Love this place!!! Always something interesting to look at on their "aisles of shame", lol. The staff are helpful and give the place a happy atmosphere. Best price on meat anywhere in Macon.”

“I really want to give them zero stars. Today while visiting the store I decided to get a salad. There were 4 people ahead of me and only one employee making subs and salads. Mrs Suzy asked for help 4 different times. The customer ahead of me ask the manager at the customer service desk for her some help he told her 1 moment. That moment never came. Suzy kept asking the others in the deli and no one came to help. One lady finally came and started filling in the necessary condiments. I asked Abbie at the Customer Service desk to get her some help and she never did. The four stars are solely for Mrs Suzy she stick it out and helping the customers as much as she could. I was on my lunch break and was late returning to work because of their lack of care for their customers. Ty came in and started assisting Suzy after she asked him for his help. Suzy and Ty this shout out is for you but shouting out Suzy more because she stuck it out longer. Management and Customer Service needs to do better.”
“C&Js is a very friendly store and has whatever we need. we buy a lot of our meats and bread and misc and gas for our 2 vehicles. they are very difficult to get a job with however. my wife is retired from nursing and has tried 2-3 times every 2-3 months to get a job. she is very dependable ,honest and knows how to treat people. she was told owners only likes to hire young girls. she is an older women, but a very hard worker when given the chance. we really like the management and employees who work there.”
“They don't have everything you need for groceries, but their meats department is fully stocked and great quality. You're not going to find better prices anywhere for chicken, beef and pork. Friendly staff and the store is clean. Very professional.”
“incredibly helpful staff. small town grocery stores can't get you Kroger prices but that's the upcharge for convenience and if you ask me, it's worth it. they'll know you if you're a regular and can you say that about Kroger?”
“I love this corner store. Every time I come here it’s clean, fresh produce, and really nice staff. BTW for people that are confused, typically prices are normally higher in convenience stores vs grocery stores. Simply because it is located where it’s easy access to you. Otherwise, you would just travel further out to a grocery store. Please keep up the good work????????”
“During a recent visit to Georgia I experienced the Seafood clerk at this store as being phenomenal. She handles the customer just the way she wants to be treated and selects the seafood as if she buying it for herself. She will give you ideas how to cook what ever you select and herbs and spices to consider. In addition, she can suggest what wines to pair with your purchase. Karen is from the old school of politeness.”
