I am so happy my insurance company referred me to The Little Clinic!!! Danielle and Shanique are fantastic! I showed up within 30 minutes of their lunchtime as a walk up appointment. They were extremely efficient gathering my information and allowing me to be seen before they closed down for lunch. They were both extremely professional and compassionate. thank you again! ????❤️????

Visited The Little Clinic on Saturday 04 Dec 22. I scheduled the appointment on line for 2 PM. Arrived a little early but was called at precisely 2. The staff are very professional and courteous! Had a minor ailment but was treated by Ms. Denise Sharp (APRN) and was extremely satisfied. They took care of my problem and sent me on my way expeditiously. Highly recommend!!

The front desk woman has no idea how to bill for United Health Care even though they are in network. She made us wait a long time and then had no answers after spending 20min on personal texts on her personal phone. Save yourself frustration and go anywhere else.

I have to thank Danielle Hudson at the Hartley Bridge Rd Little Clinic location for her efforts today. My son needed a teledoc appointment but this location did not have a provider to complete one. Danielle attempted to schedule 2 different appointments on her screen at first available locations. She provided me with the phone number each time and confirmed my time. Both times, I called to follow up with the location and was told the teledoc capabilities were not working. I called back to Danielle and she personally called the Bonaire clinic to schedule the next available. I waited as both Danielle and Mrs. Jackson scheduled the appt. When done, she confirmed all was complete. Later AFTER the appointment, she reached back out to ask me if all went well. This was not her location but mentioned that both stores support each other. She wanted to ensure I was taken care of since she was my first point of contact. Thank you so much Danielle at Hartley Bridge and Mrs. Jackson at Bonaire location for going above and beyond!!

The Little Clinic was suggested by my neighbor when I needed medical attention during the weekend.Made an appointment online and had confirmation within minutes.Arrived five minutes before appointment. Only wait time was for the staff to input my information into their system.Michelle and Danielle saw me. These two ladies were nothing short of awesome. Will definitely return.

No wait nobody there it says to make an appointment online or at kiosk. Lady was rude and acted like she was above us. All we wanted was a sports physical and she said she had a teleconference and it was her discretion to take non online appointments at a WALK IN CLINIC. Corporate Kroger should fire her immediately for making up her own rules...

I scheduled an appointment. I had several symptoms and wanted to be safe for travel. As soon as the lady at the desk heard travel, she ignored any mention of symptoms to explain it's $144 for tests for travel. It's supposed to be free if you have symptoms. As I tried explaining I had 3 symptoms, she told me to go to CVS. I never got my test, and now I cannot go home for Christmas.

I went to this minute clinic because when I looked online it said they take walk ins. They open up at 8:30 so I got there around 8:20. When the nurse arrived she ask did I have an appointment and I said yes but it’s at 11 . She said we do have appointments before then . I said well can I wait and if they show up I can be seen. She end up telling me if you getting a covid test you need to go to your car so you want expose anyone. Keep in mind I had a mask on and she said she would call me if the appointment didn’t show up. It was how she said it and I want be going back. She treated me like I was contagious or something . I chose to go somewhere else that make you feel valued. I wouldn’t go back and want refer anyone else.

My daughter was showing flu symptoms and after her doctor turned us away due to a full schedule, I took her to the My Little Clinic. When we walked in there was a sign saying Will Return at 3, which was 2 hours from then! I was about to leave but asked pharmacy if they were really going to be gone for 2 hours and she replied no, that someone probably messed with the sign and that they only get 45 minutes for lunch and directed me to go ahead and sign in. I was the only patient there. After waiting about an hour, a doctor comes out of one of the rooms. She tells me that they aren’t seeing patients until 3 so they had time to see other patients and have lunch. Again, there were no other patients there. I had sat there for an hour and no other patients came through. If you need care, don’t go here. They’re unpredictable and only see you as another number.

I was getting a sports physical done for the Special Olympics for my son today. I was referred here by the nice lady at CVS down the street due to the fact it costs $69 at the CVS clinic as opposed to $33 at Kroger which is next door to this location. Of course I drove right next door! We walked right in without an appointment. Filled out the necessary paperwork and were taken care of almost immediately! The Patient Care Tech displayed phenomenal customer service to us, as well as the Nurse. They were curtious, prompt and efficient handling my son with care. The clinic was very clean as well. I will come back and refer others. Take a bow!
