“Justin and his staff are top notch on their knowledge and preparedness to help get you back on the road. I would recommend them 10 out of 10 every time. Fair and honesty in a business today is hard to find but All Star proves it still exists.”

“The service we received when we had an emergency was definitely extra-mile service. The staff was kind, competent, and courteous and got us on our way. An excellent place!”
“Couldn’t have been more impressed with this shop, got there close to closing, they treated me like I was important, stopped what they were doing to check on my issue and immediately got it fixed. Can’t really ask for much better than that! Excited to buy my tires from them next month!”
“I truly do care about these two gentleman at this amazing time shop!! I moved here in Macon approx 11 and a half months ago. I own a very old Saturn...( made by General Motors.i found that a great deal of tire shops do not have either, the balance. Machine!! But yet, they still want to share the customer the same top dollar figure!! That doesn't add up to me!@!! Not at all!!”
“I just want to say WOW..10/10 I didnt have your typical Mavis service request. However, my Service Rep Dustin was awesome!!! From the genuine care for a customers needs and time to the truthfulness of pricing. He knew what needed to be done. The final payment DID indeed match the original price as promised. And my car runs GREAT!!! I definitely recommend.”
“Broke down just north of Macon. Had towed here.
Del quickly found the quirky known Chrysler Town & Country / Dodge Ram Truck issue.... Relay by pass fix has fried.
Knew his stuff, charged a fair price for repair.... Not a few hundred extra because I am out of town customer and may never be back price gouge.... Or fake un needed repairs.
Nice fellow... Honest.
Did make it home to Clearwater Beach, FL and will have Freddy my mechanic here replace all spark plugs , ignition coil and tune up as suggested.
Thank you sir. Best tip is honest 5 star deserved review.
My only suggestion is your closed Sat & Sun. Maybe post a phone # ( your mobile) for out of town travelers to call for emergency repair.
Also have wife call all the local towing companies to generate biz .. South Express Tow said, "Never heard of Dels"
I selected based on quick Google search and multiple 5 star reviews.

“I recently went to Discount Tire and had a great experience. Sean B. helped me, and he was very nice and extremely informative throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. The customer service was excellent, and I truly appreciate how smooth and easy everything was. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!”

“Found a screw in my tire after driving 4 + hours from Aouth Carolina. The more air we place in from the air pump across the street at QT the more air that came out. The screw was in deep; luckily they were open 24/7 because this occurred at 1115 pm on a Sunday night … of course! They fixed us right up and had us on our way within 15 mins. What a Blessing!!!”

“This Raffield Tire is the best in Macon. I've been to most having to deal with fleet vehicles and this is the only one I bring my personal vehicle to. The staff are great at what they do and have a great attitude while doing it. If you need work on your vehicle, don't hesitate to visit Dale and the guys at Raffield Tire at 120 Riverside Pkwy Macon GA.”
“Excellent customer service. These folks go above and beyond. The whole shop has a relaxed atmosphere to it. I’ll be coming back and would recommend them to any friend of mine.”
“We have an excellent working relationship with this company and send them multiple vehicles on a weekly basis. They have consistently been professional, dependable, responsive, and easy to work with. Communication is excellent, turnaround is reliable, and they have always taken great care of us and our vehicles. It’s extremely valuable to have a company you can depend on week after week, especially when handling the volume we send them. We highly recommend them and look forward to continuing to do business with them.”
“Very fast service. Employees are super polite. The tires they sold me were virtually new and less than 2 years old. Price for a total of six tires was less than I could ask for. Thank you Economy Tire of Macon!”
“What great place to find affordable used tires with great tread life . They were easy to speak with over the phone to check if they had 4 tires for my mini van and on arrival the wait was not long . They were pretty quick getting 4 replacement tires on and getting us out the door. I will definitely be going back .”
“I have been a customer for more than twenty years. This is a first class operation. I can not count how many nails they have removed, and tires fixed but enough to know that they are simply great. There service is prompt and on time. I have never had a problem with their business. They are simply the best business that I have dealt with ever.”

“I just had the pleasure of speaking with JJ on the phone regarding add on tire pressure monitoring systems for my new Airstream RV. He spoke frankly and honestly about his opinions on these gadgets and by the time we were through talking I was convinced I was better off not fooling with tpms’s and just keep a close eye on my tire pressure. Saved me a lot of money and time. Thanks JJ!”

“Russell came out to fix my trailer tire, he was very professional, fast, and efficient.
Definitely hope I get use him again. BTW, had the most amazing eyes I have ever seen on a man. Just saying. A great experience.”
“Wonderful experience went in to grab a rottesirre chicken and the woman who is normally back there her name is Shelavon is very courteous and sweet as always. Hate when she is not there because there are never any chickens available and the young man that works back I'm assuming on her days off is not that helpful.Again Kuddos to Shelavon”
“They literally saved me from being ripped off by loves since loves wanted to charge me 500 for 1 tire!!!! And I found this place on google and purchased 2 tires for the price of that 1 tire. I will definitely use them again as I'm down this way alot now, and also they have vendors that will come and mount and dismount you on the property and wont charge a service fee.”
“Our sales associate (Austin) was great!! Very helpful but not pushy.... made our buying experience very pleasant. Sales manager & Finance Manager were both great too. Just pleasant all around! Great folks at Hutchinson Automotive Group!!! If you're in the market for a vehicle.... it's worth your time to pay them a visit!”
“A Much-Needed Shoutout to an Underrated City and an Amazing Tire Shop!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one is well deserved — especially for a city that doesn’t always get the recognition it should. I want to give a huge thank you to Rae and Joe for not only being incredibly fast and professional, but for also going the extra mile — literally! They were already out by the street waving me down, ready to help before I even pulled in.
I came in fully expecting to spend $800 on a single tire. Imagine my relief when I walked away spending under $200! In a time where good service is rare and prices are through the roof, these folks reminded me that honest, hardworking people still exist — and they’re right here in this city.
Thank you again, Rae and Joe. You both made my day. This city needs more of the kind of energy you bring — and people need to know where to go when they need real help without getting taken advantage of.”

“Tesla owners, save yourself money and the hassle of waiting and driving all the way to Atlanta or Savannah for a break job. Ordered my own rotors and brakes and had Mavis install them. Saved $1100 on my wife’s car. Nate and staff did a great job.”
