If you’re looking for a collision center look no further. I had the best experience with CARSTAR the representatives communicating with me through the entire process. I’m not from Macon this repair shop was recommended to me by my insurance company. Special thanks to the entire staff Kelly and Sarah I appreciate you. I didn’t get the mechanics names but please share my sentiments with them. The customer service was unmatched. My car looks brand new. Thanks for giving my baby a much needed face lift lol. “I called around 4:30 p.m.on a Saturday" how long will you be there" ?An older gentlemen replies "til 5:30".So i assumed they do close on the weekend? The timing was stressful. ...I get there about 5:40. Couple older guys, one sitting on a tire and 1 guy working on a car. One car in a bay and 1 man working. It was agonizingly slow regardless. No one was in a hurry. , no receptionist.,but the business is legitimate. Plenty of tires around and a mobile truck.”
“I made a post earlier today and before I found out more info it was already responded too. I couldn't respond so I just deleted it to start over. Christmas night Bibb Sheriff office helped me tremendously I was in a dangerous situation, although my grandkids toys were inside my vehicle when it was towed I didn't see them when I got my vehicle back . I never accused Bibb county nor Kitchens i wasnt sure who did what so i spoke to Bibb and they advised they secured the items until pivkes up, they gave great customer service to me it was just stressful situation and I found the specific gift I was concerned about wedged between my trunk and custom speakers later today while loading a TV. My character is too right my wrong so apologies sent to any offended and I thank you still for your help that night and next day”
