The hairstylist, Morgan, colored my hair and it turned out gorgeous. I’ve gotten so many compliments. She consulted with me about which color and shade I wanted to be and was very thorough. I will definitely be back to see her.

I love this place. I shop here all the time. The only thing they need is better customer service. When you walk in someone yells welcome to Ulta. But after that you're on your own. I always have to chase down someone for help. That's the reason I couldn't give you 5 ⭐'s

Ulta at Riverside Crossing has very bad management. Manager Opened the door twice in front of us an wouldn't invite us in because of 2 minutes before opening hours, even after I asked. She was rude and lazy.

Very upset with my experience. I was told I would get a free gift with credit card application. They readied the gift then said I already had an account. They said I could t get the gift. My account had been closed. Humiliated in front of people. All because of a free gift. I spend way too much money to be embarrassed. Will never shop there again. Sephora will get my money from now on.

Daniel waxed my eyebrows and they turned out AMAZING!! He took excellent care and was extremely precise. I am extremely happy with how they turned out and will be coming back.

I went into the store looking for a particular lip liner. When I walked in all the associates were gathered around talking which was fine because they appeared to not be busy. No one greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. I walked up to one associate and showed her what I was looking for. She quickly walked me back to where I could find it and walked away. I loudly asked if she could help me find the specific “name” I was looking for and her response was that everything was right there and I would have to just look and find it. She walked off and as I approached the counter she was right back in the huddle of associates talking about non work topics. That’s not good customer service at all.
