Will be looking for a new bank and NEVER coming back sick of long hold times on checks and always getting some generic run around answer
Edit - after reaching out to me and speaking with the branch manager she heard me out on my concerns and assured me if any issues in the future that arise will be dealt with by her personally I appreciate the time being taken out and just hearing me out on my concerns and just being transparent with me instead of just acting like a “robot” which is all I ask for especially when it comes to my day to day finances

Mrs. Lori Fincher has made building a home a dream come true. She has walked us through every step of the process and we are now three months into our build. Also as the owner of a construction company I can say that United Bank has been a pleasure to work with and as a homeowner I couldn't be happier with their attention to detail and customer service.
