If I could give 0 stars, I would. I paid 162.83 for overnight shipping that did not get delivered overnight. I have since spent 6 hours of phone time to be given the runaround about my package. I was told at least 5 different stories about my refund. Everyone said they would directly transfer me, only to route me back to the automated system. I was told to call the store, I explained that the store routes you to the 800 number. They guy from the 800 reached the store with a number he wouldn't provide, only for the lady to tell me she can't do anything about it, the manager has to do it and he wasn't in. Did not offer to take my name or number, just gave me a generic email to use. UPS clearly doesn't care about it's customers. Not only this, but my package was broken as well...no communication from the store AT ALL. I will NEVER use UPS again. This was a huge mistake. Absolutely disgusted with they way they have (not) handled this.

This location on Northside drive has been my go to for the last several years, they always give prompt and courteous service and you can also make Amazon returns along other vendors which are super plus convenience.

This is the worst UPS store I have ever used. Paid over $75 for a package to be overnighted at 10 am. 24 hours later UPS still does not have the package. Their staff is also very rude.

I’ve been visiting this store for two years now and have always had great service until today. An older Indian man waited on me and he was rude and condescending as if it was a bother to wait on me today! This location is close to my job, but I will and can go to another location. Why come to work if you don’t want to work or don’t have the patience to work in service!! Life is too short for added nonsense.

This ups store location is my go to!! Always get you in and out quickly, super friendly staff and always super clean. Not to mention they never try to upsell on shipping if it's not actually worth it and going to save time on delivery. Mark was super friendly and helpful l, got us all in and out quick without feeling rushed, and saves me almost $30!

Don’t have your Amazon orders shipped there. They don’t record / notify Amazon that you picked up your order. Happened twice now.
