Tony was absolutely amazing! So professional so kind and understanding. He was very knowledgeable and diligent with helping me ship my computer. I’ve been to other locations and no blessings . Thank God Tony at the Zebulon road location in Macon was amazing and helpful 😃.

Recently, I had a great experience with Porshe who was efficient, professional, and very helpful! I was struggling with the technology steps to return an Amazon item - Porshe new exactly where I needed to go on my phone and on the amazon page what to select. Despite being busy she made time to help. I am grateful for her service!

This store has always went above and beyond for me, I use this store very often. Porsha was my cashier a few days ago and had the best customer service, really enjoyed the small talk and feeling like I was appreciated. It's hard to find workers like her these days so keep her there please

Special shout out to Christian at this store today, 4/19/25. He was prompt, pleasant, professional and patient with all customers. He went above and beyond to assist me with Amazon and DISH returns. I thanked him personally, and I think this kind of customer service should be publicly amplified as excellent! I am very grateful, and his work should be commended!

Today I had the worst customer service experience I attempted to pick up a package that I had delivered here through Amazon and was denied my package due to the customer service agent not liking my comment on how he was taking too long to process my order. I had already showed him my ID and verified that I was the proper person authorized to pick up the order and he continued asking Discovery questions when he could have simply and easily processed my pickup. he called the police and threatened to trespass me. I stepped outside because I simply just want my package quickly and efficiently and I do not wish to cause any disturbance. I haven't talked to the cops yet but this is a waste of not only my time as a business owner, but it also is a gross and negligent waste of taxpayers dollars and police resources. I believe that I am being discriminated against because I am a woman, an African American woman nonetheless... and he just didn't like my attitude and comment on his dissatisfactory performance. I never cursed I did not cause the scene and I'm currently at the time of this Google review patiently outside of the store for the police. I do not wish to cause further disruption. I want this man fired and I would hope that future employees are going to be trained on proper conflict resolution. This could have been resolved in less than 5 minutes but instead it is nearing the closing of business today and I still have not received my package and The police have been called on me when he could have simply gave me my package. this should be an embarrassment to the UPS corporation. it could have taken 2 minutes for him to process my pickup because I already confirmed my identity with government ID so there's no excuse for this. I'm going to get everyone's name and I want this man to be fired immediately. I have been searching for the owners information and I saw that he replies to these Google reviews so here I am making my complaint and making my situation known because I didn't deserve to be treated this way. If someone wants to email me. I am beyond disappointed with the way that I was treated and how much time and resources have been wasted because someone's ego and feelings were hurt. This is America I have freedom of speech and I never cursed at this man. I simply commented on the service that I was receiving and because he didn't like it he wouldn't give me my package which is theft. I have attached pictures of the employee who so maliciously and unprofessionally denied me my package because his feelings were hurt that I did not like his slow and subpar processing of my pickup. What an embarrassment to UPS!
The police just went inside and retrieved my package in less than 5 minutes.

No one in that store agreed with you... neither did the cops... Otherwise charges would have been pressed. As far as my nickname on social media and you using it to further profile and discriminate against me, is indicative of the treatment I received the day I was so unfortunate to have to experienced meeting you. Please grow up. Welcome to America. Further more ... And for your peace of mind, I wouldn't terrify you further by returning to the store because apparently a single woman with a backbone is so terrifying to you, that you need to call the cops and cause a scene and waste tax dollars... And embarrass yourself... Big bad Bossy (which btw hints at my status as a business owner not a pushy or bossy person) will not bully you any further. You're safe. Also why are males so intimated and presumptuous about my name? Are women not allowed to be bossy? I'm assertive and beautiful. I don't owe you anything else. Deal with it!

Why tell me my package is “out for delivery” all day on Saturday only to change it on Saturday night to now supposedly not going to be delivered until Monday. This happens way too often and is ridiculous.

They tried to force me to buy a label with them instead of using my prepaid labels I have always used.
I have always paid for my packages online and just dropped off my packages. Starting yesterday I ran into an employee I never have seen before and he seemed to be the owner. He told me to call customer service and after I did they told me he was wrong he then back peddled and tried to say what they said doesn’t affect stores.
Reply: It wont let me reply to the owners reply so I will update here. What he is saying is a complete lie. I have been using UPS labels I print and attached for over a year at this location to ship packages with no issue. After he tried to focus me to buy a label with him I took the package to a different UPS store and they took it no problem. He also says he told me to call customer service. Once I told him I called customer service and they said he was wrong he then proceeded to tell me what they said doesn't matter. The reality is the UPS Stores are ran independently and they can up charge you on shipping for a profit. It was clear to me after he made up several lies to justify not taking the package that he was only after more money.

This older woman working there this morning was SO RUDE. Tried to charge me over $20 for 5 black and white printed pages. When told her I was in there the day before and it only cost $4.60, she told me she’s been working there for long time and she knows what she’s doing. I walked out and went to the UPS store on Bowman road. It cost $2.60 at Bowman Rd. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
