The bad reviews are from people who don’t realize they are reviewing this specific facility, not all of the USPS in Macon. The people here are nice, good at their jobs, and very helpful.

They never scan their packages. Leaving you guessing where tf is my package until it arrives to local delivery. Do better Macon.

I'm out here at baker's acres mobile home community, Postal service drive in light crazy through this community with lots of children playing at three thirty.. I ask the man nicely to slow down and I get flipped off .... Just wow postal service you can do better.

I moved into a new rental and found the mailbox packed with mail. Marked the letters 'return to sender ' and tossed the circular. After 2 weeks the letters are STILL in the mailbox and the newest mail has been added to it. The flag has been up the entire time which means the carrier is ignoring it. I've resorted to writing a note on crayon so I'm hoping our delivery driver can at least read. Customer service is no help at all.

Mail carrier Completely skipped delivery today in east macon . We normally don’t have an issue but yesterday the mail carrier did not even come down our road .

Dear Fellow Truckers use Georgia avenue for truck entrance and exit. It will be easier. Fast unloading. 20-30 minutes for 10 skids. You can also use Hardeman Avenue for entrance.

Lost my expedited shipping envelope containing very important documents, personal information, and payment of $120. They tried to deliver it on a day the Secretary of State's office was closed and then didn't finish the job to mark the envelope as delivered, even with requiring a signature and confirmation. I would have been better off taking a day off of work and driving to deliver it myself. I've contacted customer support and have done all that they have told me to do and the best I've gotten is that "They don't know" and it was "probably delivered". This is impacting my work and making the very long licensing process for my profession even longer. I don't normally complain or even leave negative reviews, and I get that accidents happen and mistakes get made, but at the very least, they should provide more support, or at the very least be more helpful in either righting the situation by providing a refund, be just a little apologetic, or provide me actual support and guidance to right this situation. This is unacceptable. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops only to get denied a refund when they do not do their job. If anyone actually reads this review, don't use them or their service, you'd be better off throwing your mail and hoping the wind brings it to its recipient than relying on this USPS location. I hope you have the day you deserve.

I put in a request a month ago for my mailbox key and have yet to receive it. Every time I call they tell me nobody has picked up the request. How am I suppose to get my mail. The lady that calls me back is very rude with a smart mouth! I have important documents that I need and I can’t get them. This is horrible!

Awful. Called 3 days in a row to try to check on a late package and no answer. I mean how are they still open? They’re so unreliable.
