I've been waiting on my son's SSI card in the mail bc he was born June 13th and it said it was coming in the mail the 17th didn't receive it then I got a notification with a picture on it stating they delivered it to the wrong address and that it was otw here it is 4 days later not in the mail yet this is Bs I understand my routine is the training rout but if they can't do there job right then u shouldn't be a mail person

Now I really don't like leaving reviews but I feel I have no choice. Nothing against my daily mail-lady because she makes sure I receive all my mail and is very friendly. However its when she isn't working that my mail is left in the hands of other carriers who for the love of GOD can not find my house despite me having my trash can by the road. So more times than often my mail is being placed in Apartment mailboxes. I have a home not an apartment. I'm on disability so I can't always go and get the items I want so I have to order them, and for them to be placed in others mailboxes more than once is very disappointing as I have to rely on mail delivery to make sure I get my items. How is it FEDEX and UPS can find my home but they can't I do not know because if this was my meds they would have been lost. I would recommend allowing your carriers a GPS if this is the case.
-Trying to call this location isn't always the best option ether because it just rings so I would advice just using the customer support center because that's the only way your going to get anyone on the phone. They are friendly on the phone and will try to help when you do get them on the phone I did want to mention that.

When I went overseas I made sure to put my mail on hold. Tell me why when I'm out then country they was still delivering my mail. I called twice about this and the only excuse I received was someone was new or a substitute. Help me understand do they even train these people. Do they explain the definition of Hold mail, forward mail or anything. Like don't it take comprehensive skills or something. Just a whole bunch of mess at this office.

ZERO STARS….the absolute worst mail carriers…apparently they cannot read. I’m NOT GETTING MY MAIL AND IM GETTING SOMEONE ELSE’S. Do you have to be able to read to deliver mail?

1740 Rocky Creek Rd, Macon, GA Location: So I had an issue and raised a complaint to the corporate post office because the Rocky Creek location is not near my house and I work during those hours.
The complaint was sent by the corporate (1800 number) to the local Post office at Rocky Creek. That location only has one customer service rep (FG). She is the one that answers and resolves the complaints. FG was not helpful and was very dismissive of my issue. When I asked to speak with someone else she said she was the only person and she didn't have a boss (like What???).
I then sent my complaint about FG to corporate to see if someone else could help me. My complaint went directly to FG. FG called me to discuss my complaint about her and my issue (that she didn't resolve)! Basically if you have a customer complaint FG is the only option if you use the corporate website.
If you have an issue and FG won't help you you will need to go up to the location or try to get someone else on the phone. I was able to resolve my issue by submitting an additional request asking to speak to a senior person that could help, but this whole thing took a lot of time. Hopefully this will save you some time and you can avoid my mistakes.

Worked the post office 10 years and never heard a carrier say they can’t pick up a package from the front door if I put in a package pick up form. This is the laziest post office I’ve ever had to deal with.

The post on Rocky Creek Rd. Has the worst service ever when it comes to delivery mail being delivered in Bridgewood Cove Subdivision. I've had serval packages that the carrier has put in the system that the package wasn't able to be delivered. I've had to chase the carrier down due to her forgetting a package on her truck that was supposed to be delivered ( and she couldn't hear me because she was on her phone). Then she realized she forgot to give us our package and came back in dropped it off. But today 06/07/2025 was just crazy. She put our mail in our mailbox but put she couldn't deliver our package. What's crazy is we have cameras all around our house and a ring door bell the carrier never got out the truck to even attempt to deliver our package. Mind you that was a package I was expecting for a big event this evening. Now at 2:23 pm she put the package was unable to be delivered. I've been home all day waiting for my package. This is ridiculous. Please do better by your customers mail carrier.

We have 3 pieces of mail was supposed to come on Saturday. Me and mine realtive seem the mailman at the end of the street sitting there. He says we only had one mail today, clearly we had 2 more mails that we supposed to get that day. We notified him that we see our mail on United States post office website. This mailman clearly don't want to do his job or he was trying to steal our mail. This is just not right. This Post Office needs to be investigated.

Don’t! Stay away! They don’t open when suppose to and then don’t even work when get in. Took 35 minutes to get a box checked in. They walk up and said give us a moment and took 15 minutes with a line of 10 people behind. You can hear them playing in the back. They said only have one person here. Just sad!

I was told the mail carrier comes to deliver mail EVERYDAY. this is not true. My office faces the group of mail boxes and the carrier may come once or twice a week. This is unacceptable

they can't do their job right, I had to put in a change of address 3 TIMES... which had me miss out on something personal that was very important to me. The customer service sucked and id rather go to a different location all together...
UPDATE: I received a notification stating my package was delivered in the mailbox at 2:46pm yesterday so I checked and it wasn't in my mailbox or by my porch...the rocky creek postal office gots to do better, this is ridiculous!

My package was supposed to be returned to sender because “the home was vacant” which it wasn’t. Then the package was never returned! Tracking shows out for delivery but never delivered!!
