I have reported on three separate occasions that a mail carrier from the Zebulon branch is driving at unsafe speeds through our area. I was supposed to receive a call back from a report made on 8/26/25 - did not hear back.
Despite these reports, the speeding continues. The vehicle can be heard revving from several streets away, and this poses a serious danger to pedestrians, children, and animals in the neighborhood.
I am very concerned that if this continues, someone will eventually be injured. Please treat this as a matter of urgency and take the appropriate action to ensure safe driving practices are followed.

There's one driver that actually does his job, Jimmy. Otherwise, whether I get my mail or not is a daily crapshoot. Some will look at my driveway and intentionally keep driving. Yesterday, the driver chose to put my package in a random locker somewhere instead of delivering it to me. What's even better is that they didn't notify me about it. God forbid postal service employees have to actually deliver the mail to homes. I wish I could choose to not do my job at work.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This location has some very dishonest and unprofessional delivery carriers and customer service support I've ever encountered. Lost my package then no one can tell me anything but their sorry š They need to write them up and stop allowing them to deliver packages while their full attention is on the peron on their phones. Beyond pissed is an understatement š¤

There should be an option for zero stars. There is rarely a connection to a live person. The options in the automated system donāt offer useful solutions. There are only simple generic options but no ability to handle complex issues. Just redirects to the same useless information. After NINE attempts I spoke with an impatient person who read back the same useless information and told me she couldnāt do anything further to assist. She then proceeded to hurriedly read through a script and fire off phone numbers, report numbers, etc. without taking a breath! I politely sat through the nonsense so as not to get her ticked off in the hope that in the end she might offer a useful solution. That hope was in vain. And then the nerve to ask me to stay on the line to provide feedback about my customer service experience! The USPS just needs to be put out of its misery! Just go out of business already!

I've been waiting weeks for this package and even paid extra for faster delivery and still have yet to receive the item that I ordered from Amazon but is being delivered by USPS. The mail system here sucks ass. I moved here 6 months ago from another state and this is the cherry on top of why I won't be here much longer

I had a package arrive at Zebulon post office on March 4th for delivery to me. On March 7th, it was in Palmetto, GA. I am not sure who is in charge of this menagerie, but they have problems

The most dishonest and unprofessional delivery carriers are at this location. They donāt read correct apartment numbers on mail and place them in any box & they open cards & steal checks and gift cards on a consistent daily basis at this location, sad part is the USPS does not care at all. The managers and supervisors and mail carriers at this location are all garbage. The women want to be men and the men want to be women , so they are so confused thatās why the mail isnāt properly processedā¦ā¦ DO NOT BELIEVE Anything concerning the audits being shown on the news ,this tactic is to keep everybody off the local USPS in this area . Displaying their failures on the news is a BS way of the postal inspectors in the area saying we sorry but not sorry . most of the carriers mainly from Zebulon rd post office but itās some at every location are stealing & opening any mail that looks like a greeting card , the ones that are bold enough will cash checks through liquor stores or deposit them ,others not quite as bold throw away checks because they can be traced & then prosecuted for cashing them, but they steal any gift cards and any cash money being sent. Their colleagues telling on them on private ā¦. We need some bold whistle blowers to help the customers in this area

they are the worst at delivering packages i have had at least 3 say theyāve been delivered but they never were. we keep getting other peoples mail too.

The employees are straight thieves. Every time I send packages to Macon, they never, ever get it. USPS is not right at All. Just give me my refund, I will start doing business elsewhere. Just horrible š. I'll be calling Andrea tomorrow, my case is back open, so let's handle this now ! Isn't this a Federal offense tampering with folks mail š¤
