My phone was activity weird and I thought it may have been compromised. Michael was patient and so helpful! He walked me through updates, scans, and installed a new sim card. AWESOME service! All the staff was friendly. This will now be my go to location!

This location is just terrible. I have come in here 3-4 times to help a family member get their phone issues resolved.The employees never seem to want to assist and are always checking the time because they don't really want to assist.Everytime, there is always an excuse about the system won't allow them to do this or that. They talk fast and use all of their Verizon jargon, to confuse ppl, especially older men/women, who aren't electronically savvy.Today we dealt with E. LIZ and Liz. They were not helpful at all. We had to call the 1-800 number for assistance. Verizon needs to do better than this.

I tried calling this store to get info about Verizon phone and if you are not calling from a Verizon phone their service hangs up on you and you can absolutely not get any information.

I was sent to this store by cooperate to exchange phone (within 30 days) as it was explained upon arrival. Only 3 customers were present. I was belittled by Michael with coworkers with accusations of being a Liar . Initially, I was told there was no receipt but after his discovery of purchase, he returned to counter ordering me to take phone back to wherever my purchase originated. After pleading with him again, he finally returned to counter and agreed to the exchange. He was unable to process payment and demanded I process it through my app. I didn't have my glasses and he refused to assist. Luckily a customer came to my rescue and assisted. It had become too stressful and I requested a break or a return later twice but warned if I did so, my phone info would be erased completely. I asked for assistance with transferring my data and he told me that he was not allowed to touch phone. I approached other employees that were standing with their hands in pockets and was also told by them that they could not help me. I purchased a $ 2000 phone and no one could or would assist me...wow! The joke was on me .

The customer service is horrible. Riverside dr location is much better. Went in to review my bill and add a line the manager told me to do it online. Like why are they even in the store if I need to go online? Get rid of the manager at this location. Horrible service
