We was 2hrs away from home n whole family met up there to rearrange our family plan n phs. Casey was Excellent n Very Nice n Professional! We threw him a curve ball with different things to do with all our phs n he knocked it out the Park.Even when there was issues, he got on ph n pushed it threw to get us back on raod where home was 2hrs away.

I have not a single complaint. Armonei was such a big help and such a sweet young lady!!! She provided the best customer service and she knows her stuff!!! I will not deal with anyone but her when it comes to my account.

Ataria is the BEST!! I accidentally broke my phone screen, the iphone 16 Pro Ataria sold me a week ago. Insurance paid, but even after hours and hours on the phone with them, they didn’t set up my replacement phone properly. I went back to see Ataria. Within 45 minutes she had my new phone reset and transferred all my stuff again where I could use it seamlessly from my old one. She’s put on the Otter case and camera & screen protectors. All with her friendly smile. She’s a lifesaver!! I don’t want to break my phone again, but I will find an excuse to check in with her again.

After being a Verizon customer for more than 15 years, I can honestly say I've never had such an amazing experience with an upgrade. TJ and Susanne offered exceptional customer service to both me and my daughter. They were not only very knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and pleasant. From now on, this will be the only store I visit. I highly recommend this location!

On Sunday 8/25/24, our partner accidentally went into a pool with his phone in his pocket so it was ruined. He drove over 2 hrs home from Augusta directly to Verizon. He was told at the Watson & 96 stores they could not help him. We took him back to the 96 store arriving at 4:20pm.It was over a hour before 2 of us were even acknowledged. There was only 1 person working. He was not finally called to be helped until 6:42 pm. (2 hrs 22 min since we arrived) We went next door while he was being “helped.” At 6:59 (just 17 minutes later) he came next door to tell us that he was told they could not help him until the next day! This is complete BS from start to finish! Poor staffing is not the customers problem, and the “customer service” (of which there was none) is disgraceful & inexcusable!

This store, hands-down has been one of the best stores that I receive service from Verizon in a long time. The whole staff working this afternoon, truly helpful and resourceful. Mark and Mike were amazing with Servicing me with my phone. 10 out of 10 I recommend anyone who is in the process of buying a phone or anything dealing with Verizon. H

KC helped me today and walked me through the stich process and helped set up the new phones I bought. I took up a few hours of his time in person and on the phone and he helped me with great care. I'm looking forward to being a Version customer with KC there to help with any issues.

I hate Verizon 😒 from the poor service of having a few bars to the staff at the store who don't have a clue what they are doing 🤔 if you are not making a payment or buying a phone they pass the buck and say well you have to call customer service!! Really what are you here for!! I went away with my problems not being solved do better Verizon

They grab your phone and start doing things. It corrects your issue you came in with. But you leave with issues you didn't have before.
