I initially thought that I was going to get horn-swaggled, but Wesley hooked me up with an upgrade, fixed my connection issues, gave me a new tablet, and lowered my Disney+ account payment without charging me anymore than what I was already paying. Worked with Tom and Ashley to get upgrades on iPhones and watches. Tom was so patient and kind with us. He made sure we got everything we needed. Ashley was very generous with her time and so helpful. Overall wonderful experience, would recommend to anyone.
