Tiffany is fantastic! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She advocated on my behalf when Verizon made a mistake. She always follows up and is courteous while explaining procedures. Tiffany is one of the few customer service representatives that I have dealt with anywhere that is sincerely customer focused. She works hard and gets resolutions!

Awful. Way understaffed. Waited 30 minutes and wasn't even acknowledged. They wouldn't even say they would be right with me or apologize for the wait. Not a word was spoken to me at all. I watched two other people give up and leave too. Absolutely pathetic customer service. I went to another phone carrier and was helped instantly. Don't waste your time at this Verizon. The 4.5-star Google rating will fool you. It did me.

I initially thought that I was going to get horn-swaggled, but Wesley hooked me up with an upgrade, fixed my connection issues, gave me a new tablet, and lowered my Disney+ account payment without charging me anymore than what I was already paying. Wesley was super courteous and a pleasure to work with.

Worked with Tom and Ashley to get upgrades on iPhones and watches. Tom was so patient and kind with us. He made sure we got everything we needed. Ashley was very generous with her time and so helpful. Overall wonderful experience, would recommend to anyone.

We had the pleasure of working with Kelly yesterday! I've been with Straight Talk for YEARS now and desperately needed to change my carrier and upgrade my phone. I've had an iPhone XR for a WHILE also and just haven't been happy with Apple. I swapped over to Verizon SO easily thanks to Kelly! All of my data was recovered from Apple to Samsung and I even kept my phone number with no issues. She got us on a great business plan that met our needs and helped with some promotions. I am obsessed with my new Samsung Galaxy S24 and my new service provider. KELLY EVEN MISSED OUT ON TACOS HELPING US OUT. THATS DEDICATION RIGHT THERE. Thank you Kelly for the comfort and security you provided to us. We are happy to be a part of the Verizon Family!

Tiffany Powell is an exceptional staff member for Verizon. She has helped me thru transitioning from one carrier to Verizon. she worked diligently with me for over 12 hours. My phone would not unlock for me to switch services. In the end I had to trade my phone in for a new one. I have NEVER had a person work so hard to help me in this manner. I strongly encourage everyone to use her and Verizon foe your phone needs.

Wow. Definitely would give a negative star if possible. First off, this location and associate is rude towards first responders (I’m a EMT myself). We’ve been Verizon customers for a few years now. We stopped by today 1-23-2024, later in the evening, for a simple issue with my finances phone. We were approached by Ashley (I think that’s her name, she refused to give us her name and I had to call customer support to speak with a supervisor, and that’s what said supervisor said the associates name was), all she can suggest is to call Verizon. Verizon actually sent us to the store to fix the issues. She was dismissive, rude, her body language was “I’m not interested in helping you and Huh I guess you don’t need anything else”. But boy was she interested in trying to sell us stuff and play on her phone!!!!She was playing on her phone the whole time, when I tried to let her know what Verizon tech support said, she rolled her eyes and said “Call them again or go to another store”. That’s okay. We definitely will be, and definitely are looking at our options regarding different cellular service. I will be following up with this. Oh and by the way, my fiancé is still having phone issues and he uses his phone for work!! The problem never got fixed. So I get to spend my off day tomorrow trying to fix said issue(his phone works hardly at all, and mine works fine. When his works, mine does not).
