I love the selection of glasses and prices. The eye exam was easy. The people were nice. I provided a 4 because the salesperson seemed to toss/throw my literature for me to sign rather than hand them to me in my hand or place on the table. This happened with my daughter’s info at check out and myself. It made me uncomfortable. I didn’t feel totally respected at that point and she was a little pushy but the main thing was the tossing of papers at me. It’s imperative to feel respected when choosing a company to work with.

Glasses FINALLY broke yesterday. America's Best couldn't see me until next Tuesday, Visionworks took me right-in & has an eye exam set in 30-minutes, now that is SERVICE BABY!!!!Friendly staff, waited on by 4 different people so far, what a team. Def. a great start? more after my exam.MORE: Just went thru typical eye test, they video-taped them/my eyeballs which is a new developmemt for me, of course I NOW want that video?lolTeleappointment w. my eye doctor - NOT on site, coolest thing EVER, I SHOULDA BEEN AN OPTOMETRIST?lol⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

From the moment we came in on December 30th, Daphney, the receptionist, was very kind and was able to get both my husband and I in the next day for our appointments.We were treated so well throughout the whole exam process. Never rushed even though it was a very busy day. We felt we were heard with our situation, and they went above and beyond to care for our needs. The Dr. was also very happy to see us, and took her time making sure we were cared for. The staff was super helpful to help us find glasses that worked perfect for us.The only thing we had a hard time with was the lighting around the eyeglass stands.The lights were blinking so bad it would give you a headache. The staff said that many people have complained about the blinking lights, but that the company won't upgrade or update the lighting because it's too expensive. The staff said they just get used to it.I think it would be a good investment as it is a location for eye care, otherwise, customers leave with a headache and tired eyes just from the lighting.Over-all, We are proud to be Vision Works customers for life.

The employees at Visionworks are very kind and professional. The store is very clean and easy to navigate. With or without insurance, the store offers good deals on glasses and contacts.
