“Usually, I come here and am always happy with the services & products (the atmosphere is awesome, too). Today, however (8/21/25), I came just after they were supposed to be opened (10AM, tried the door at 10:05) and the door was locked. Idk if something was going on, but I'm seriously bummed that they weren't opened on time. I wonder if something happened?”
