Walgreens on Mercer University is the worst of them all. Everytime I try to get my prescription filled it's always something with this Walgreens. If you don't like your job get out so someone else's can get the job done. THEY REALLY DO SUCK AND VERY SAD!!!!

Walgreens has the worst customer service or any retailer the cashiers are always rude or have an attitude, items are always out of stock, and there always seems to be an issue with receiving register rewards or Walgreens cash

I arrived at Walgreens to develop some pictures. I had to ask twice for help. The front cashier was very helpful and said she would call for someone or be right with me. Another associate came andwas complaining she was with a delvery truck. She stated she wouldn't be able to stay up there to develop the pictures. I told her I would go to the other Walgreens on Zebulon road. I received excellent customer service there. Poor customer service on Mercer University Dr!

Friendly and quick employees very nice. Overall a good place to to shop. Good selection of medicine and medical supplies. Also the pharmacy is good too. The prices are good on certain things but in general prices are kinda expensive.

I entered the store about 6:45pm on Saturday 10/8/22. I walked about store, I found the items I needed. I was second in line behind a woman. She purchased her items and the female cashier said have a nice day ma’am. As I approached her she gave no eye contact, no hello, no did you find everything you needed. She rang up my items while continuing her conversation with the male employee. I paid for my items she handed me my receipt with not one word and continued her conversation with the young man. Please treat the customers that look like you with just as much respect as you treat those who don’t. I’ve noticed this Trend in customer service and it is really sad. Do better ! I will not support this store

Apparently they have their own rules for filling scripts.., they do not get filled when they are due to be, ive had nothing but problems with them, even with my other families scripts, is there anyone that can give me information on whos over the pharmacy? I am happy to go to the TOP with this.. Update, have called customer service number, reported, script still being held..

This the most disorganized pharmacy I have ever used...I only used them because of the convenient location ...EVERY time I have gone there to get my meds filled, there is a problem; they once gave me another customer's meds, and I had to tell the lady that that was not me..they tell me to wait 20 minutes and then after 30min I ask if it is ready and the rep speaks sharply that 20 hadn't passed, when after 45 minutes, she says the same thing, with a terrible tone... I tried having it auto filled on-line and they STILL do not have it ready the day the computer confirms it will be ready...I am changing to U-Save-It pharmacy; their customer service is great and they are prompt.

prescription called om 8/20/21 went by to pick up on 8/25/21, was told it was not ready wait 20 min. I left did some shopping came back 1.5 Hrs. later same story not ready please wait 20 min. Left never going back
