Oats are NOT grits. I called to ask if Walgreens had grits. The customer service folks on the phone were great. They said, “ yep we have them on aisle 8 top shelf”. So my son drove down there to get them. Yep they had about for different types of OATS. Not GRITS. There is a difference… just saying. Had to go to WalMart. I appreciate the great service; however, I’m sad at the lack of knowledge displayed.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience. The cashier Shannon facial expressions and body language scream "I hate it here" and the fact that she does even speak when you come the register is a sign of how the transaction is going to go.

Always cheaper than cvs... but their customer service and speed is what really sets them apart. Only downside is they are not opened Sundays.

Do. Not. Come. To. This. Store. I have some medical issues and I also travel regularly, meaning I often have to have my medications transferred from store to store. I have never had a single issue doing so. I also happen to be in limbo with insurance right now so the pharmacists have been running my scripts through Good Rx. Came to this location today to pick up my medicine. Not only did they tell me it was ILLEGAL for them to run it through Good Rx and I would have to do it myself, they also completely REFUSED to transfer my prescription. I had to go out of my way to find another location - call THEM and have them transfer it for me. I have NEVER had to use Good Rx myself? That is something the pharmacy techs usually take care of AS WELL as transferring prescriptions. Not only did they just simply not want to help me - I was met with horrible attitudes and just straight up rude employees. I have never had such a negative experience at Walgreens before, but now thanks to Buffy and Aiesha Bailey who went out of their way to be incredibly rude and unhelpful, here we are.

0/5 Stars. Went for a passport photo. Left with a photo cutting off the top of my head. Went back for a redo, they messed up again. The application would NOT accept the photos because too dark and shadowy, too close, and instructions about hair was incorrect (asked the person and they said its fine). DO NOT GO FOR PHOTOS OR PASSPORT MATERIALS. The person handling the process seemed uneducated, untrained, and unprofessional. When a manager was requested, no one even came out to talk to me. A manager should not hide when there is a problem.
