I needed to grab some things from Walmart, and decided to grab some groceries here too instead of going to Kroger like I normally do. I saw this right out in the front of the produce section, and having apples on my list, decided to buy 4 bags. I took this picture to make sure they would be scanned correctly. I went to an actual teller and asked her to please let me know how much they come up as. She scanned it a few times and said it was not in the system. I show her the picture and ask if she would override it, and honour what they said it was. She said she wouldn't, but would ask for a supervisor. The supervisor came over, and just said it was not in the system. She proceeded to take all my apples off the belt and just walk away without any conversation, concern for me, apologies, or even being willing to get me new apples. Just wanted off. I now am standing without any apples, and have to put everything back in my cart so I can go back and get new ones. The teller then tells me that I should just let her continue scanning my stuff, so that I can pay for it and get my apples when I am done and get back into line to buy those separately. She then acts frustrated when I say no, and ask for her to hand me back what she has already scanned.
It is never ok to treat a customer like that. You should honour YOUR prices, and not treat customers like a burden, or just take their items from them without a word or some help. Especially since I had two of my children with me.

Customer services is NEVER open. If you buy something here do not plan on getting assistance if you need to return it or if it is defective.

around 5 o'clock they shut down all the self checkouts so when you need to run into the store for one thing you have to wait in a long line. then they only have a hand fun of cashiers working.

Lazy rude staff and a pitiful store manager (named Archie) who stays MIA (MISSING IN ACTION). Apparently 'do-nothing' Archie has delegated the majority of his duties to lower staff that does not follow through. This is why the store is ran so inefficiently with problems going unaddressed. if you ask for the market team manager's contact information the staff screams "no"! A female associate from this store slammed the phone down as i was speaking and everytime i called back she would pick up and immediately hang up. she then started to pick the phone and set it down. She was angered because i requested to speak with a store manager. very rude. it took me over a month to finally reach the store manager.when i spoke with him he acted as if he could have cared less about his employee slamming the phone down repeatedly. He, along with the coach he was standing beside - looked at me in a very hostile comdescending manner. When i walked away Archie, or the female 'coach' he was standing beside appeared to mutter obscenities about me and they both started laughing. Unbelievable a store manager would act so ignorantly. It was like he, and this 'coach, believed those positions placed them above people. Walmart should fire the both of them. They have forgotten that its the customers that enable Walmart to pay them. Truly Horrible Staff.

I called all day the day of pickup trying to check on status of cake because it still said it was still preparing. No one ever picked up the phone! Only once did a woman pick up and I was met with an attitude saying “this can’t be happening right now”.. she then gave me an out of service number to call! I tried calling back and again no answer. I had to contact Walmart customer service on the matter. Today I woke up to a charge on my card saying my order was picked up! I never came to pick up the cake! They have my name to check the ID, but I guess they aren’t even doing that! Also, I never received an email/call saying my order was ready! I am absolutely floored and furious! I requested and fully expect my refund!! I’ve never received such terrible service in my life! I will never request a custom cake from this Walmart again!

No cashier available who leave the post light on the cash lane and sight one employee stand nearby chat with a customer for more than 5 minutes. Sloppy teamwork to speed up for cash lane. No supervisor or manager was available at times too. Sad.

I'm so impressed with these cinnamon rolls from the bakery section of Walmart. Warmed up in the microwave for a few seconds, and they are good. They just need some raisins. I miss those cinnamon rolls in the aluminum pan with the Sunbeam girl on them. They always stop making the good stuff like coconut rounds by Little Debbie.

If I could give negative stars I would. Had a problem with pickup. My father doesn't have the app so I guess he doesn't matter to Walmart. Tried to get help from customer service but the phone rang for 5 minutes and no one picked up. My Dad had to go into the store so why did I bother with curbside pick up!?! The last time ever!!!

One of the worst Walmarts I've ever been to. Lines are super long because they refuse to open any of the cashier lines. Another lady asked about the manager and they responded we don't know who he is

We came 20 minutes before they was supposed to close for one thing and we got out our car and they told us we wasn't allowed in cause they was closed @10:40pm. Then they let 3 black dudes in. I was heated at this point so we drove up to the door and asked why they could go in and we wasn't allowed. So they answered by saying oh you can go in now. So my fiancé went in. Then @10:49 a guy pulled up and he got out his truck and they told him he couldn't come in cause there was to many people checking out (which at night time we all know they have opened 2 registers at that's it) he needed something for his buddy to go to work the next day but they refused. We went in and got our daughter something. So as I was sitting in my car I had my window down and could hear them talk. And they was talking crap about us having our kid stay at home so we could get her some medicine. They wanted to say if I was them I would at least leave my baby with my momma. Our child was at home with my fiancés grandma, asleep! They wanted to talk crap with out knowing anything. I just think it's stupid y'all are opened till 11pm but act like y'all close at 10:40! We pay the workers with our tax money and y'all want to sit around and only have 2 out of 13 cash Registers opened! And yes sit around cause when my fiancé walked in and walked out 3 of y'all was sitting on the handicap buggy's talking!

Walmart required masks for customers but many staff didn't wear masks in 04/2020-06/2020.Walmart management,staff and security with local and state--law enforcement ultra evil escalation of terrorism,stalking,harassment,assaultive behavior,menacing, racism,etc against black people during pandemic.beyond super evil repulsive racist hatred behavior against black customers before the pandemic.
