Neither the Casher or the Customer Service desk knew how to give a Gift Receipt. Guess they did not explain that in there 5 minute training program. Finally after waiting 15 minutes for the shift Supervisor. Her name was AJ she did but was super rude about it. They should not call it the Customer Service desk if they are going to be rude and untrained. Hope they figure it out before the Holiday shopping season.

Deserve no stars. Absolutely no carts inside. Staff standing around doing absolutely nothing. I said maybe someone should do their jobs and one lady gave me the nastiest look. And so i proceeded to walk out side grab a cart and my mother dealt with the lady. I'm not usually vocal about this but it's happened more than once.

Why is Harrison Road Walmart so warm inside are they trying to save money by keeping the thermostat higher. Customers don't like to sweat while they shop! The more comfortable you keep it the longer we stay , the longer we stay the more money we spend, wise up! Also get more people at the register two isn't enough!

Your store today didn't have any management at the store all day .Poor service,I had to walk around the store holding my groceries,no buggies available.Just employees hanging around talking with each other.
