Some of the rudest people in ANY Walmart.. I've ever been in and I no longer go to this one . And I grew up here. If you need something from behind a locked glass they just act like your a problem (George). With smart*** remarks. Then the Greeter OMG dont try and help by letting them know you scanned all the big stuff that dont fit in a bag cause she will growling at you for trying to help . It's only a 5 mile drive to a much better Walmart on Zebulon rd exit off 475.
And they dont mind helping you.

This store is trash! It’s ghetto, zero customer service, people walking around like they lost. The Zebulon location is the exact opposite. I went heee to swap an item at 7:30 pm why do they have customer service shut down and 3-4 females standing in front offering ZERO assistance. A waste of payroll and man power if you ask me. Just ghettttoooo! Last 3 reviews in less than 3 months all 1 star. Walmart time to step in and revamp this locations staff and leadership.

The other day I went to to Walmart and spent over $100 dollars on some food and other things I have a United Healthcare Ucard which covers all of my purchases Why did they still charge me a Cash payment of $5.36 cents.Why did they charged me extra.Also On the United Healthcare Health care app Walmart has free delivery which when you start and finish your order Walmart still put on a delivery Fee.

Arrived and checked in ten minutes before my grocery pickup time window. Order was ready but I sat for 45 minutes watching other cars who pulled in after me get their stuff and leave. I asked an associate why I wasn’t helped yet and after she looked at the list she said “Oh” like whoops they forgot about me or something. No apologies or anything plus almost every time we pickup there are multiple items missing including a case of water today. Customer service is horrible here. Auto Center has been helpful when I visit there however I’m tired of the horrible experiences every other part of the store. Store manager needs to fix his “team”.

I guess you could kind of expect from Walmart. Not the best Service. However, when I received this Walmart today was just unacceptable online. It shows the money centers open from eight A.M. until 7 PM. I got there this morning at 8:45 and then I was told oh the person that’s supposed to be there at 8 AM didn’t show up that’s not my fault and then the person told me that I needed to be more nice. I have a Walmart to Walmart money transfer that I needed to pick up this morning and you’re telling me I need to be nice?? And then she tells me I could go across town to another Walmart which I did and when I get there, they’re also not open. They also have a sign posted that their hours are from 8 AM until 7 PM. If you guys are not gonna be open then at least update your Google and put the time that you guys are gonna be open and stick with it. It’s a waste of time and gas that I had to spend to go to two Walmarts to find them both not open

Around 7:40 pm, trying to get toilet paper. It is snowing here, January 21, 2025. Roads are slippery as hell. And was denied getting toilet paper because the person who is at Lane 17 said “we’re not allowed to take change”. We had exact change and the person said can’t take change. Actually you aren’t allow to do that. When it comes to legal tender, places has to take the legal tender. And we was treated with disrespect as well.

Hr Natasha is very unprofessional and unavailable. Just try calling the office and see if you get an answer. All buttons for services to a department is a joke and will have customers waiting for nothing.

This morning (9:30AM), I went to Walmart on Harrison Road in Macon, GA. I went inside to where the carts are to grab a cart and the sounds of the entrance starts beeping very loud. I looked to my right and there stood 3 tall, skinny, colored boys exiting from the entrance ways. Next to the 3 boys stood 2 Walmart employees just looking at them and doing nothing. After the beeping stopped, the 3 boys simply continued exiting from the entrance side. I just starred at the 3 boys and the 2 Walmart employees as I was entering the same entrance as the 3 boys are exiting from. The 2 Walmart employees did absolutely NOTHING. Walmart, DO BETTER!!!!! No wonder prices keep going higher and higher at this store. What a disappointment!!!!
