07/01/23 stopped in today to get an oil change. Pretty busy, only 1 lane open for oil change. Got us in and out relatively quickly, Price was fair. Wal Mart didn't let me down with their typical lack of customer service. While in the lone, the technician waved for me to back up and let the car that pulled into the adjacent (closed) lane move ahead of me. Didn't understand until the driver hopped out and I saw the Wal-Mart uniform. I guess if you work there, you get to cut in line.------no registers open, only self help terminals.update, visited again on 12/23. Heard 3 cashiers directing people to 4 self help terminals. why not put those 3 on registers?update, visited tonight. 01/29 the customer ahead of me in line had to teach the cashier how to ring up gift cards

I never get my complete delivery order. My items have been delivered to the wrong address even though my order always says to call before you leave the groceries. I bought something in store right before Christmas and asked if it was returnable if it wasn't the correct item, I asked a manager af customer service. I went to return it (with the receipt) and was denied. I asked to speak to a manager and was informed I would have to wait because she just walked to the back. After waiting 20 minutes, I just left.

I enjoy the experience of being able to shop for groceries, clothes , medicines all under one roof.The staff is always helpful & the store is well stocked & clean.

This Walmart is always low on stock, has limited stock options, and the staff are not that friendly and seem bothered by your mere presence! They have weird hours for customer service at 8am, when the store opens at 6am and on black Friday they were closed altogether, which was super inconvenient!

Walmart you have to do better, first we as customers shop (which is a task) then yall want us (customers) to give you free labor??????? I go to self checkout cuz of course you only paying (self check out overseer’s), door/receipt stalker's. Y’all don’t even have the self checkout stocked with bags and etc. so we can effectively check ourselves out. I saw a customer going to another station to get bags that’s not his responsibility. Y’all got to do better especially when it comes to urban areas. This is OC then yall prices done went up and the CEO is banking

WORST WALMART EVER! I am never ever spending my hard earned livelihood for employees who carelessly don't value or appreciate their customers who provide for their livelihood. CUSTOMER SERVICE CLOSED ALL DAY EVERYDAY! No wonder why this store sucks in every way. Staff/managers are not scolded for obvious laziness, rudeness, lying, etc! Not to mention treating customers like thieves. I get it's hood but come on, you should treat everyone how you yourself want to be treated. Rude management and staff are liars and are annoyed that they have to work and serve customers.There are plenty of other Walmarts nearby that are way better and deserve our business.

Neither the Casher or the Customer Service desk knew how to give a Gift Receipt. Guess they did not explain that in there 5 minute training program. Finally after waiting 15 minutes for the shift Supervisor. Her name was AJ she did but was super rude about it. They should not call it the Customer Service desk if they are going to be rude and untrained. Hope they figure it out before the Holiday shopping season.
