Picked up 2 equate Purple mouthwash attempted to check out- after scanned two large bags - mouthwash would not scan - customer service agent arrived said that mouthwash was on recall - "Why are they on the shelves ???? third time this has happened on different products - We just haven't the time to pull them yet - A clown show at best

Update: I had to call a 1800 number and they fixed this. I kept being told by customer service there was nothing they could do. So frustrating.
Jan 2025 - The cashier read the handwritten paper wrong on fabric I purchased. It clearly showed .5 yds. she charged me for 5 yds which came out to almost $35. I brought this to her attention and she said I had to go to customer service. I get over there and the two girls seemed confused. the one girl said that their machines were set up to put refunds on a walmart gift card if there was a price change! That makes no sense. anyway she refunded a little over $21, so she still did this wrong. I bought 1/2 yd of fabric that was 6.97/yd. i should have paid a little over 3.50. 34 - 3.50 is not 21! I was so upset I didn't notice they still stiffed me out of money. I also noticed the person didn't give me back my paper with how much fabric I had. I do not like they are forcing gift cards for refunds. what if I needed the money to buy from another place? This should be illegal. I want my refunds based on how I paid. when I spend what's on this gift card, I will not shop at Walmart again if they don't make this right.
July 2024 - Charging 6.99 for me to pick up my order at curbside if I don't spend $35 AND charging almost $10 for a hold fee? No. That's greed. The hold amount is credited back, but I feel it's not necessary. I guess some folks never have enough millions or billions. July 23, 2024. I messed up and ordered an item for pickup from a different store. I know I set my preferred store, but for some reason it chose a different store and I didn't catch it. Trying to cancel and get a refund is entirely crazy. I was told it could take 5-10 business days to get my refund! I am officially not ever ordering pickup again from any Walmart.

Ordered online fulfillment by 3rd party SPARSH AGARWAL vacuum cleaner never came... Walmart said idk customs maybe? Refunded money, gave 25$ credit. I think the seller oversold at a a discount. I will not use 3rd party Walmart again. Wasn't aware. Beware.

Sometimes this location inventory sucks! The employees who close this location every night are a variety.. all the ladies who run the check out lanes /cashier for people like me who can't get by there until late, are always so nice.... the other variety of late night closing crew are ok but there's been a few rude ones that I have come across.
