If you actually want photos don't waste your time ordering them here. I submitted a 1 hour photo 5 days ago. I've gone in the store twice and employees checked and said they couldn't find them. I've called the number listed online multiple times and no one ever answers the phone. I understand it's a busy time of year but it's ridiculous that no one can tell me when my order will be printed or if my order was even received.

Don't believe text messages that your online order is done. The employee will snap at you for assuming it is ready. Then they will walk off for 20 minutes while you stand there. eventually when they see you are not leaving they will quickly slop together your order. I will not be using their services again.

Had second curbside delivery cancelled this week. Can understand the first as it was post tornado. So per instructions we rescheduled for Friday (tomorrow) and it was just cancelled. Yet, we are again told to look for more dates and times in the future. Why bother! If you do not want to offer the service, then don’t do so. But stringing us and others along is not acceptable when we could have tried other options (my wife and I are both over 65 and are trying to limit exposure). We know these are extraordinary times, so either offer it or don’t, but if you do offer it, you need to deliver on that offer.

Poorly staffed, pick up order not received. Small order, not a crazy panic order. I couldn’t even get anyone to answer the phone for grocery pick up. The order was placed 2 days ago, what gives?

Terrible. Again. They only have 3 lines open. The self check outs keep not working. This is sad.

All I need to do is pick up my ring I had sized. I went the on 3 different occasions, sat on counter (yep) over 45 minutes. 3 different employees passed by and paged for someone or manager to help me to no avail. Someone else should have an available key to jewelry department. 2 more customers also needed help.

They were very rude to us and made us feel horrible because we were getting Wic. I know it’s annoying but you don’t have to be rude to people and mess with food things for their family.

2 weeks in a row, No cashier anywhere. Older people struggling so hard at self check out and the extra physical along with mental stress it causes them is a big clue that no one in Walmart company cares. Bet come Black Friday they will be wide open with cashiers. Walmart should be ashamed of treating senior adults this way along with handicapped customers. All they say is “we don’t have any cashiers”. Think I’ll drive those few extra miles and spend my $200 a week in groceries at Food Depot, they still will even take to your car for you if desired. Shame, shame, shame

For a Walmart in Macon GA, this is probably as good as it gets. I've been going here my whole life, and it's got a lot better lately. The other Walmart in Macon is so sketchy, dangerous, and unorganized I would prefer this one!! The Subway in the store is nice! They have a large selection of pretty much anything you'll need like groceries, clothes, toys, seasonal, and lots more. You can't expect a Walmart to have amazing workers, but for a Walmart the workers here are pretty nice. I'm glad this Walmart has changed because it used to be nasty with eaten wings on the aisles. I still saw one opened bag of Cheetos there last week! It's Walmart, what do you expect?

Why don't all these Walmarts in Macon and other locations provide the customers with buggies that don't roll like at least one of the wheels is square instead of round. Most I've tried to use lately aggravate a person while their shopping!

I've honestly never been too fond of shopping at Walmart. There are never enough cashiers and always a ton of people there! Of the three locations in the area Zebulon Road is my favorite. Walmart is slowly winning me over though with their grocery pick up service! I absolutely love it! It's super easy and convenient. The associates I've had the pleasure to meet have all been very courteous and friendly. I've never had any issues with my orders, and if I had to have a substitution it's always been something I'm okay with. Today ( Easter Sunday) I was taken care of by a fella named Tay. He just as the others have been was great and I actually found an Easter egg in with my produce which I thought was a nice touch! He also gave me a bag of candy. Super sweet!
