If I could leave negative stars, I would. First, I have been here for over two hours. Awaiting a deposit, no given reason. Second, a woman named Gwendolyn took over my deposit, naming my check as fraudulent. Spent an hour on the phone with the company who scribed the check to me, she refused to speak to or acknowledge their assistance.
She is now threatening to call police on me, because I was trying to understand what my HR was saying and what she was claiming as fraud. The check (they sent me two) is showing in their system as legit while she, who hadn't helped me at first, is claiming with "no knowledge on what happened earlier", that Wells Fargo as an entity is refusing my deposit. Understaffed, rude, bitter, and unhelpful to the maximum degrees. I hope this branch is shut down soon, I have no issues at literally any other location, but every time I come here, is nothing short of a migraine.

Very unprofessional went in simple to get my wife on my account the desk agent was not helpful very standoffish. The clerk at the counter was nice but she needed to ask another lady for help and she was screaming out my information in front of staff and customers to be rude to me. I would never recommend or go back to this place!!!

I've traveled all over this country and dealt with multiple Wells Fargo branches, and this one is by far the worst. The employees are rude, not helpful, and don't even know Wells Fargo's policies for doing things. The manager was rude to my elderly father, who is also an account holder, the last time he was there. I can not understand how this branch I'd even open, much less how it's the only branch in Macon open on Saturdays. Between what I've dealt with in the past with Wells Fargo and how they just treated my father, I'll probably be switching to one of their competitors. I've been a customer for nearly 20 years, and my dad for nearly 40, and we shouldn't have to deal with rude employees when we are trying to bank.

Slowest location ever employees are rude I was standing in line was supposed to be the next person called, but the teller called a man that was three people behind me to come to her line. I had already be in line 15 min. I ended up waiting 30 min just to make 1 deposit

This bank location is the worst place you could ever bank . They always have one teller open and the wait is just way to long. I hate this bank and will never go back!!!!

Long wait (20 min) to cash a check. Got charged $7.50 check cashing fee to cash a check they issued. Asked what the fee was for or what it goes to and no one could explain further than it's just a "check cash fee"... As if the banks don't make enough money they FEE you death.

Going through your past reviews, most within the past year, you can tell Wells Fargo acknowledges a problem, as the turn over rate is extremely high, but the people who continue to be employees at this location continue the same negative behavior. Today, I had an unfortunate encounter with the so called "Branch Manager", Tiffany. She had no clue that Georgia offers ID cards and licenses and they look identical. All she had to do was read. She proceeded to become loud, using her urban vocabulary and accent. Then she proceeded to announce to the entire bank and lobby what my business was there. When I asked for her supervisor, she would not give me a name. That was the most unprofessional scene I have ever seen in the past 2 decades.

Thanks Wells Fargo for removing the ONE thing my family needs from you and that’s a medallion signature and they did it for no reason but probably to save a few hundred dollars!! All other banks offer this but this huge bank decides randomly to stop! But that didn’t stop them from scheduling an appointment with me to get it done. Only to be told when I showed up that morning that I need to find another financial institution. Well don’t worry I will and I’ll be happy to get away from this terrible service.
