Slowest location ever employees are rude I was standing in line was supposed to be the next person called, but the teller called a man that was three people behind me to come to her line. I had already be in line 15 min. I ended up waiting 30 min just to make 1 deposit

Long wait (20 min) to cash a check. Got charged $7.50 check cashing fee to cash a check they issued. Asked what the fee was for or what it goes to and no one could explain further than it's just a "check cash fee"... As if the banks don't make enough money they FEE you death.

Going through your past reviews, most within the past year, you can tell Wells Fargo acknowledges a problem, as the turn over rate is extremely high, but the people who continue to be employees at this location continue the same negative behavior. Today, I had an unfortunate encounter with the so called "Branch Manager", Tiffany. She had no clue that Georgia offers ID cards and licenses and they look identical. All she had to do was read. She proceeded to become loud, using her urban vocabulary and accent. Then she proceeded to announce to the entire bank and lobby what my business was there. When I asked for her supervisor, she would not give me a name. That was the most unprofessional scene I have ever seen in the past 2 decades.

Thanks Wells Fargo for removing the ONE thing my family needs from you and that’s a medallion signature and they did it for no reason but probably to save a few hundred dollars!! All other banks offer this but this huge bank decides randomly to stop! But that didn’t stop them from scheduling an appointment with me to get it done. Only to be told when I showed up that morning that I need to find another financial institution. Well don’t worry I will and I’ll be happy to get away from this terrible service.

Worst customer service ever!!! The Branch Manager, Gwendolyn, walked off and went to lunch in the middle of helping me. Every single employee of this branch acts like they have a chip on their shoulders. If Wells Fargo cannot staff a branch any better than this one, why not close the branch? The employees could not possibly be capable of even the most basic tasks except to be world champions of being rude and inconsiderate.Please do not post that you are sorry and to send you more details. I have already wasted too much of my time with this bunch of losers. Reading your reviews, it appears this branch has had problems for many years. You should fire whoever hired these people. There is no way any of them have ever been trained properly. I wish all the employees well collecting unemployment.

Don't waste your time here if you need documents notarized to buy/sell a home as they supposedly have a policy against that. I see nothing on the website about what they refuse to notarize. So now I have to stress the rest of the weekend to get a notary fast to get my documents out as this is time sensitive. I've never had success with anything from Wells Fargo and this just tipped me over.

The employees here are very slow in navigating the flow of the traffic within servicing the customer's needs. They are highly incompetent, unprofessional and the walk in and drive thru experience are both very excruciating to endure. I despise having to go to this location or the location on zebulon rd. The branch in WR, GA are "top notch " professional customer service including the way they conduct their business workflow. And they display the mannerism of actually enjoying coming to work and desiring to go out of their way to provide help to customers who they see enter their bank. All of the branches in Macon, GA need to shut down and have a serious overhaul.

Absolutely horrible customer service!!! It took 38 minutes to make a cash deposit in the drive through with nobody ahead of me. Rochelle was very unprofessional…. I hate that this branch is the closest to my home and job!!!It is after 4pm on the same day. You are not allowed to comment or reply to their comments (prescripted response sent to everyone in a feeble attempt to sweep it under the rug or shut people up) I have already called the main customer service line as well as sent an email. If you take time to look at the reviews, everyone has the same issue. Who is monitoring this branch? I can’t believe such a large company is not concerned with this!!
