I went with their best windows and the quality of them are great. The installation team was less than stellar, after spending $13K+ on Windows I would think that they would clean up after themselves and remove/clean the stickers off the windows. Was told that cleaning the windows was the customer's responsibility. They also didn't install the frame brackets on any of the windows. I saw them on the ground after they were done and I read the instructions on the window for them. Enclosed are the pictures, I couldn't get good pictures of the glue/smudges so they are included.
