I was in a pinch with my bmw the battery almost exploded out of nowhere. I stopped in Scott came out checked it out, tested it. Put a new battery in and got me back up and running again. Thank you so much! Highly recommend going here!

Wow. Our van started misfiring. Ignition coil 5 of 6 left behind its rubber boot seal during a change out of our plugs and coils. I couldn’t get it out for anything. Briton took his time to help us find the right tool and then put some elbow grease into getting it out for me. Then helped me finish up the job.

The scratch plate on the bottom of my car fell half off on the highway when I was over 100 miles from home and after all local mechanics had closed. By the time I got to Autozone it had folded half on itself. The employee there helped me get it off and was really nice about it. 10/10 service, thank you so much.

I was on my home from Atlanta to Augusta. Stopped in Madison to get some coffee and use the restroom. Came out and started my Jeep. There was a loud whine coming from under the hood. Took a look and the Idler pull had started to melt. I assume the bearings had went bad. Googled the closest parts store. Auto Zone came up so I limped the half a mile down the street and pulled into the parking lot. There was a young gentleman working on a car and asked me if I needed some help. Another gental that was working in the store came out and asked what was wrong so I should both of them the issue and neither one of them could be leave I had even made it into the store. Brighton asked me what year the jeep was and exact model and proceeded to look up the part to see if they had it in stock. It was

Meant to write this much sooner. Great customer service...needed a battery & mine is NOT easy to access. Have to remove spare tire to get to it so it makes it much harder to change out. Thanks to Dennis, Scott & crew for taking care of me so that I don't get stranded somewhere!
