I tried moving to a different bay and used my card. I used it for 1:39 seconds to rinse and it said 2$ on card but charged me 9$

I stopped at this self service car wash as I was passing through Madison. I had picked up some nasty puddle splashes traveling up 441 through the construction area after some rain. I stopped for fuel and became aware how bad things were. A quick search led me to a few options. I wanted self service so I could address the problem areas versus a once over drive through version.
I am glad I chose the location. The stalls were all open that I could see. No cones blocking any areas and a worker was sweeping the lot and emptying trash receptacles.
The wash bay was plenty wide enough for me to maneuver around the entire vehicle. The hose on the spray wand was extra long and wrapped with a tender to keep it from twisting allowing reach to even longer pickups. The price for a start time is reasonable compared to most. The change machines are in a well lit covered area.
Also the have a Dog Washing Station. I wish locations in my area offered such a service. Kiddos to whom ever made that decision.
If I’m ever in need of a quick wash when I’m in the area I would visit again.

Tried twice and got a rinse for $9 and not clean, didn't dry the machinery was down again. I thought I was using another one and got my money took twice on 2 separate occasions. Money I can't get back and still dirty van..Won't make it a third mistake.

Worst car wash in town by far this place really needs some TLC and some renovating it says on the side of the building 100% of profits donated to the schools well you can definitely tell they don't put any money back into it

Recently this place is nothing short from being a rip off. I’ve used the service many times, the brush and the touch less wash. In the last year it takes my money but there’s no water. When there is water in the touchless, it only washes both sides of the vehicle. And the brush misses so much on the back side of vehicle. Also when a nine dollar wash is selected, a ten dollar charge appears on the checking account. It’s not putting the gloss shine on cars either. No one can get in touch with anyone to rectify their problems. No one answers the phone. Taking people money and no services rendered is called theft by taking. Though it’s a small amount of money, it adds up, and it’s mine. Be advised, go somewhere else, where equipment does work and you get the services you paid for.

The Wash Bay was nasty with dirt and brush like someone had washed a big truck or ATV. I went down the street to other car wash and it was nice and clean. This car wash is usually clean but the truck cleaners are ruining it if you have to step over grass, dirt and brush left in bays
