I had the best service ever by The Store Manager Ajayy. She solved all my issues and she did her best to go over and beyond with helping me. I am so glad this store has better customer service because I had promised myself I would not come back after encountering with an associate, but I seen her advertising Cricket at the Goodwill. She got me with the word “love.”

Worst customer service ever. I called she had an attitude bc they weren’t open and wasn’t a sign on the door and she swear it was, I’m like ok girl we got out there at 10:15 went back at 12 it was pitch black and the open sign was off. But anyways called around 5:45 someone was there then Went in to add a bring my own device was told it was unlocked. Well it wasn’t I paid for service I couldn’t use and the girl refused to give me my $ back or even let me purchase the iPhone for $50 but I paid $63 for no phone or couldn’t even get the iPhone even tho the service was “active” but the phone wasn’t unlocked. Yes we had a dispute inside the store and her response was it’s not my phone, duh I know that, and I’m glad God held my tongue. She is the red head girl she definitely don’t like people of color, if she’s working RUN! I don’t even like cricket my husband just switched to them, cause it’s cheaper for a family plan. Cricket doesn’t care about their customers at all. Oh not to mention she told two Mexican guys they have to come back tomorrow cause when she finished with me it will be time for her to get off, they guy said all I wanted to do was pay my phone bill she said come back in the morning smh then if his phone get cut off he has to pay a reconnection fee bc she was ready to go home

Im a cricket customer and I where there to buy/add 2 more iPhones on my account but the girl was very rude useless racist and not good experience it was on Saturday she was not even at the store and she was inside of the store next and personally I don't recommend any one that is not white to spend the dollars on this store

Madison cricket is a joke. I went in to get a phone on Wednesday. First they did not full set phone up. Had to go back because is was not working properly. After my third trip to store they said tower for my address was down and would not be fixed for another eleven months. So they said it have not been 7 days so I could return for a refund. So after paying $143 dollars. They refunded me $11 eleven yes eleven dollars back. Red head behind counter was rude and non chalant saying that was what AK. Said to give me. I got other customers. Stay away!!!!!

If I could give this place ZERO stars i would. Cricket really needs to do something about the attitudes and customer service of the girl brionna that works there. She has a bad attitude acting like it’s an inconvenience for her to get up and deal with customers.

After having the worst experience with another company we were referred here. Not only are you greeted with a smiling face but Victoria made sure our visit was spectacular!she made sure we were all set before even leaving the store along with some candy for the kids!thank you for making this an easy transition!

After my first phone call to the Madison Store, I knew that I this was the branch for me! Stephen was so courteous right from the start. I needed a new phone and to have our account plan adjusted. Stephen was super helpful and patient! I can't be more pleased with the service received and the product he offered for purchase. Great job in hiring this young man! Thanks for the help, Stephen! I just want to let y'all know Steven Spence is the best employee I have ever met. He does and outstanding job at everything. Very friendly and loveable. Definitely should be promoted to manager. He definitely makes keeping cricket as my phone company a definite. I'm was just so satisfied.
