Ever doing a project where you just need 1 tool or some supplies but don't want to pay so much? Harbor Freight is it. To tell the truth I still use everything I have bought. Staff is friendly and helpful. I recently had knee surgery and the lady clerk pushed the cart for me! Now that is customer service. Madison is the closest one for me so I go there. Selection is great place is clean. What more can I say?

I was just passing through town, and I needed a few things. This was the nicest Harbor Freight I've ever been in. Clean, well stocked, well organized, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure to shop there.

Had to return a broken tool with a lifetime warranty. Staff was fantastic. Staff are friendly and helpful. Store is clean and tidy.

I hate going to this store because I can’t comfortably shop and browse without someone watching you like a shoplifter. Every time I looked up someone was watching me . They took the fun out of shopping there
