When I was there to pick up an order for a customer, she worked quickly to let me know that the customers order was picked up by the customer. As I explained to her how Roadie would not cancel the order on my end even though I notified them by email and on their chat that the order was picked up by the customer. Roadie app would not let me cancel the delivery until I waited for 15 minutes. However, even after the 15 minutes. Roadie app glitched and would not cancel the order. I called them and no one answered. I sent them a email and no answer, then I contacted via chat and no one from Roadie replied. When I let Robin know about not being able to contact anyone from Roadie. Robin tried her best to assist but there was nothing further she could do on her end sense the matter was really a Roadie issue. I thank you for being so patient with me as trying to figure out a solution to get the job cancelled on the Roadie app.”
