Call them and ask if they did a power steering flush and they told me they don’t do that, what mechanic shop don’t do that! Smh either somebody don’t know what there talking about or they just don’t know what there TALKING ABOUT!!

John and all the employees are amazing! I have had multiple car repairs this year, and they have been amazing the whole way. I am very pleased and don't mind driving a little extra for amazing service!

I got two tires put on my F-150 truck this past Thursday. I showed up that morning early because I had called the day before and they said if I showed up early that they could put them right on. When I got there it took them a few minutes to see if they had the tires. They found them and it took a while but they finally went to put them on my truck. The kid that went to pull my truck in the shop was filthy. He had grease on his clothes and hands. I put a blanket over my seat to make sure he wouldn't dirty up my seat. I mentioned the fact that the kid is as so dirty in my truck. John said he should know better and he would clean up my truck if necessary. While I was waiting on my truck I saw that same kid pull two other peoples vehicles in the shop to be worked on..Friday afternoon I went to leave and one of the brand new tires they put on my truck had 19 pounds of pressure in it.I noticed then that there was some sticky substance on both new tires and the rims and also both factory valve stem caps were replaced with two different ones that didn't match. Monday morning I called first thing and talked to John and he started giving excuses why it was leaking and I need to bring it back so he could fix what was wrong. He said you might have a warped rim or ran over a nail or something. I said man I just told you I sprayed Windex around the rim and it's leaking there and there's sticky stuff on both tires and rims.. This is the first time those tires ever got changed. I bought the truck brand new and I've never hit a curb or anything. He had this attitude like I was wrong!! When I mentioned that the caps were replaced he said that's no big deal we have a bunch of caps. I said I just wanted the factory ones that were on the truck when I brought it to you.I went to take it to the truck back to them and was afraid with his attitude and my temper that it wouldn't be a good combination. I went to Walmart and bought some slime and fixed it myself. What a joke for a tire store!! Just think a brand new tire that you have to fix yourself!! ..I wouldn't take a wheelbarrow tire to these people to fix.... I highly do not recommend... Also be forewarned... they charge 3.5% credit card useage. They could have told me that when I called the day before..IThe only reason I gave one star is because they wouldn't allow zero stars... Some people are more concerned with doing quantity amounts of work rather than quality... it's always about money and not customer service. When I told John about the problems he never apologized once. That tells you everything!! I'm going to tell everyone that ever talks to me about tires or customer service about my horrible experience with these people and the attitude I had to deal with from John. The owner did call me back when he saw this review. His attitude had changed but when he lied about the little kid, again, that told me everything I needed to know. Never once did he offer to compensate me for my time or inconvenience. Wow is right John. Sorriest experience I've ever had in my life buying new tires .. WOW ?

Excellent staff Excellent service I was in a crunch and needed tires bad and in a time crunch my daughter was being induced that day (procrastination got me) they ordered tires and installed same day just in time for us to get to the hospital. Thank you to all the staff here first time there and now I won't take my cars anywhere else

Finally found my new mechanics after moving here recently. They are honest, reliable, reasonable, quick turn around on repairs and customer service is excellent. As a single "older" woman who has a 20 + year old Honda CR-V , I can't express the peace of mind I have knowing I will be treated fairly, from a shop with true integrity and good old-fashion courtesy... hard to find these days! Thank you especially to John and Jeremy for your good works and getting me out of a bind.

I would definitely go to these people for anything that my car needs I was broke down out of state and these were the only people that were honest with me and did not try to price gouge me on anything. Very honest people

Sent my car in to get the brakes worked on and didn’t receive a call with an estimate or a diagnosis on what needed to be done, just an invoice. Yup, they worked on it and sent me and invoice with no warning. I’m fortunate that I could afford the cost, but if I couldn’t, I’m not sure how they would have managed. I also had zero opportunity to weigh in on how they addressed the brake issue. I called to address and they rushed me off the phone. Definitely don’t recommend.

Shady business practices. Good guys but charged me for hours not performed. Came in for work on my sons car. Family and friends recommended them. They changed out ball joints and control arms which too them no more than 3 hours total but charged me the estimated labor time the 'computer' said it should take but no way reflects the actual time. This is apparent because they didn't even list the actual work hours on the bill. Very dishonest way of doing business. If the work takes 3 hours, why should I pay for 5. Google ball joint replacement and most guys are done in 30 minutes. I wrench on cars and motorcycles myself but didn't have the tools for this job or I would have did it myself. Shameful and disgusting way of doing business.

Was in Madison visiting family. Ran over something on interstate 20 punctured a tire took the tire to them. They were able to repair it and get us back on the road again. Very quick, and they have a superstaff. Keep up the great work guys!..
