“I've been using Britt's Quality Lube for as long as they have been there and have found them honest and trustworthy. You'll find no better oil change place in Madison. The word "Quality" is there for a reason and quality is what they deliver. I stopped by today because I wasn't sure what my problem really was - the oil seemed low and my "Check Engine Light" was blinking. An online search led me to believe low oil pressure could be causing the problem. Three vehicles were ahead of me, but all moved quickly. They were able to check the code of the warning light and advised that I needed a tune-up; one spark plug was misfiring. I told them to go ahead; change the oil and check everything - all oils (trans & engine), then went to office to wait. A team member came to me letting me know I hadn't driven that many miles to require a change. The date, however, was overdue and my car had problems, so I told them to proceed and check all. Britt's doesn't cheat or price-gouge - I totally trust them and promise you can too.”
