This place is borderline dilapidated the 2 older men that run the place seem to be very lost and don’t seem to have much common sense on top of that there rude and I’ve heard from quite a few people that there work ethics on communication is lacking severely and not to mention the fact that numerous customers have been drawn away because of the dogs that he has running around inside the building and jumping up on people when they pull up! I would recommend anywhere else but here!

For 22 years, I was the preacher at the Madison Christian Church. In that time, we had the opportunity to use Precision Unibody multiple times. Now, we live in Nancy, Kentucky. We need repairs on our 2014 Nissan Altima. I have looked at what is available here and decided to drive to Madison (379 miles) to have our car repaired. I can visit friends and relatives while the work is done and I have full confidence the repairs will be done right. I can't make my review any stronger than that!

Took my BMW in here to get an estimate, again I couldn’t even get an estimate out of this person and gave me this big long story about how he’s got all these other cars to work on and how it would take him months to get to it blah blah blah Again all he had to do was say he didn’t wanna work on it, but he didn’t say that … Why is it so hard for these pathetic Georgia Southerners To just say what they mean… Anybody that will lie to a customer when they’re getting an estimate will lie about the bill!!!

Talk about a breath of fresh air! The customer service, work quality, honesty, and just overall experience with this shop was phenomenal. Originally we were sent to a different local body shop by our insurance and it was by far the most horrific customer experience I think I’ve ever experienced. We then asked our insurance company to refer us somewhere else with the understanding that we would have to start all over. At this point it wasn’t about who could do it quick, it was all about how you value your customers. And going with Precision was absolutely THE BEST DECISION EVER!I can’t begin to brag enough on how smooth the entire process was, and how settling it felt to be able to call and get genuine customer service that made you feel valued. Not to mention the quality of their work. It was like driving it off the lot for the first time again. All in all this overlooked and undervalued repair shop will forever have our family’s business and total respect! Keep up the fantastic work!Services: Painting

We took our truck out for an estimate and set up an appt. They were 3 weeks out so we set up the date. I called to confirm. We took the truck out … they came out and told us they couldn’t do the job .. they didn’t have the tools. I said, we brought the vehicle for you to see .. you looked at it .. set up an appt. Over 3 weeks ago. ? He said “My Bad”…. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE .. extremely unprofessional. They have no idea what they are doing. It is absolutely a joke.
