Hands down the worst bank I've ever had the displeasure of visiting they insisted it was too late to help me despite there being 2 whole hours left. Employees lied to me about appointments. The task took about 10 minutes at a different location yall go ahead and never bank here.

This review is for Regions Bank generally, not this branch. They are the worst to work with. Everything requires walking into a branch and when you cannot access your account and need to reset password, they ask questions that you cannot answer since you cannot access your account online - UGH wait and wait to get no-service. I'm closing this account and going to Bank of Madison or somewhere where customer service and customers mean something.

I will never bank with these poor Costumes people I gots paid today and they closed my account and my check sitting in their off as today and I called the place that pays me they ain’t gets the check sent back to them and two I had money in my account I hate this bank never again and my account was new I just found out my account closed no letter no email or phone call letting me know been closed since the 27th and talking about they sent letter out didn’t say it

Went in to the bank to cash a check got everything done but instead of handing me my license, card, and money back in my hand the teller placed them one by one on the counter back to me. I’ve always said when you are exchanging items that it’s a hand to hand exchange. Placing them on the counter is unacceptable, unprofessional, and disrespectful in a field of customer service and business especially at a bank.

Quite possibly the worst bank ever since they became "big". Not sure they know how to spell customer service. We've been customers for 12 years and will be looking for a new bank ASAP. Constant problems with posting mobile banking deposits- forget about "immediate availability", deposited 4 days ago and still hasn't shown up in the account. Last time I tried to deposit a mobile check for immediate availability it NEVER showed up. This inexplicable delay in "immediate" posting has bounced checks with no apologies. And trying to get someone on the phone??? 33 minute hold time without an answer the first attempt, and finally gave up after 48 minutes. No local numbers available to speak to a live person- just the 800 call centers.

We got $100 out of the ATM, of course it is dispensed in 20's. We were giving the money as a birthday gift and wanted to give a 100 dollar bill instead of 5 20's. My husband went in and asked if they would give him the 100 dollar bill. They asked for his account number. We don't bank here, it just happened to be the first bank we passed. They wouldn't exchange the 20's for the 100.!?! Seriously?? We went across the street to ingles. Thanks Ingles!

The employees discriminated against me just because I was a black man not knowing my mother was sitting in the bank waiting for her money. I went to use the bathroom and they made all kinds of racists remarks. My mother closed her account with them and I will be also. Can't even use a bathroom without people thinking your a poor black person. Your district will hear about this.

The tellers were friendly. And she went above and beyond what I usually expect from the teller at the drive up window. I am so impressed, I immediately pulled into a parking spot so that I could write this post!
