We have been In Manchester going on Four years now, My husband and I stop at this
store every day, if not more than once a day. I am beyond surprised to see all the negative reviews, I strongly stand against what they are saying. My experience has been nothing but amazing when shopping at this Circle K. We have actually seen a huge improvement within the last six months. They have new management and new staff. Everybody always says hello, They are eager to help, they are just all around good people to carry on a conversation with. Obviously, the manager is doing something right. The store is clean and stocked. The employees go above and beyond, I have met and spoke with the manager here, she is very delightful. I am just honestly blown away as some of these reviews were left about them, everybody has their own opinion, but my opinion is all the ladies up there are absolutely AMAZING!

Manager is rude and condescending and thinks she wont get in trouble for her terrible customer service and seems to take joy in being rude.

This CircleK location has gone downhill fast, and it’s 100% because of the manager. I’ve stopped in multiple times over the past few weeks and every visit is the same—bad attitude, zero professionalism, and a total lack of customer service.
The manager doesn’t even try to be polite. She talks over customers, rolls her eyes when people ask questions, and acts like she doesn’t want to be there. I’ve even seen her walk away mid-conversation while someone was asking for help. Completely unacceptable.
She also spends way too much time standing around gossiping with other workers, usually bashing employees who aren’t there. It creates a toxic vibe and makes the store feel uncomfortable for customers.
It’s disappointing because this store used to be a quick and friendly stop. Now it’s just awkward and unpleasant. CircleK needs to take a serious look at who they’ve put in charge here. Someone who actually respects both staff and customers would make a world of difference.

Absolutely terrible experience at this CircleK. The manager is incredibly unprofessional and rude. Every time I come in, she’s either gossiping about her own staff or ignoring customers completely. She doesn't greet anyone, acts like helping people is a burden, and has a really bad attitude overall.
The way she treats law enforcement is also shocking—rolling her eyes, giving dirty looks, and making disrespectful comments when officers walk in. It’s uncomfortable to witness and makes the whole store feel tense.
This used to be a convenient stop, but the atmosphere has completely changed because of the manager's behavior. You can tell the employees are stressed, and honestly, I don’t blame them. Corporate really needs to step in and take a look at what’s going on here. Definitely won't be coming back until something changes.

0/10. The manager here is extremely rude. I've seen her be disrespectful to other customers and even to employees at times. I once overheard her bragging that she can get away with anything because she has her boss wrapped around her finger.

I try my best to only stop at circle K mainly because the rewards program. I've genuinely dislike going to this circle K as it is always a challenge to find a working pump. For 5 months straight they gave had 2 to 3 pumps not working be it technical issues or lack of gas. I'm not saying the employees are to fix the issue but everytime i go there 3 of them are standing outside and cutting up, when they could be submitting tickets to corporate. Overall the same issue for 5 months straight in getting extremely ridiculous.

Stop saying y'all 24hrs, but when ppl come up there y'all not open. Ppl need to get gas to head to work early morning and y'all close and lie and say the card machine dwn. Y'all make ppl late for work. Do BETTER!!!!!
