“We came down for the weekend to stay in a cabin. Had a flat tire tried to get a ride up to the Ace Hardware, but was unable to. I called and explained the situation to Greg paid for what we needed over the phone to fix our flat tire and Greg delivered it to the cabin for us after business hours. So in my opinion, Greg went above and beyond and possibly out of his way to help us and we greatly appreciate it.”
“I have no issues with the store itself but Micah would benefit with some customer service training. Been at this location several times and never felt welcomed. Rather that I was a bother because I needed help. As much as paint and supplies cost it would be nice to receive a pleasant greeting and thank you.”
