Don't bet on getting your money back if you've paid the fee for the month. You've had an account for years and then you cleared it out within a few days of making the payment. They will keep your money and they will give you trouble about it

Worse service i’ve ever received I wouldn’t recommend going to rent a u-haul, one of the managers (jasmine) off rip rude as heck doesn’t know how to speak to customers and it stinks when you walk in. And she accused me and my significant other of stealing a u-haul truck very unprofessional place!

The lady that works at the front desk was so nice and helpful. She respects you if you respect her and quite honestly we need more people like that.

Very scary they let hobos stay in the vacant units very small I miss the old lady that was there she was nicer I remember paying for my storage and couldn’t even get to it because they was reconstruction for three months she only gave me one month free then I needed a car jump she was rude about that I usually don’t use my car for jumping others smh at this day and time we should all help others during COVID-19

Good deals on storage, great deals on wash, Fantastic Customer ServiceThe price was pretty solid. The deal on SpareFoot had the price listed at $21/mo for a 5x10 which is a fantastic deal. When we showed up to reserve the unit, an additional admin fee at the facility brought the cost to $42 which is higher than other similar units in much more secure and climate-controlled facilities. The location is semi-secure with many units having what looked to be rodent damage and a few holes around the base areas of the lockers. For temporary emergency storage, this is pretty decent but for long term storage, I'd look elsewhere. >> Pictures to come shortly<<
