This was by far the worst auto repair place that I have ever visited in my whole life and I am not a spring chicken. I towed my Toyota minivan to their place after my alternator failed and the belt was shredded around 9:30 AM yesterday morning. I did not get the diagnosis until the afternoon even though I told them what the problem was. They wanted around $1300 (4 hours for the labor, $556 for the part and diagnostic fee of $135) for the repairs when the labor hours in the Toyota book
are 2-3 hours and the part at the auto parts shops cost $250. I know there is a markup on the parts, but the markup is more than double on the parts and the labor is also doubled. When I requested the diagnostic fee be waived since I was repairing the vehicle at their shop and said 90 percent of businesses waive those fees if repaired at the shop, Jude, the representative told me to take my car to these "90 percent businesses" if I did not like it. She was extremely rude and then told me that she could not fixed my vehicle that day and it will be tomorrow. I ended up towing the vehicle to another shop that charged me $850 out the door ($398 part, 2.8 hours of labor plus tax plus $10 shop supply fees). This is $450 in savings in addition to not dealing with the really rude customer service at the AAA East Cobb Auto Care. When I arrived to AAA East Cobb Care to tow the car to the other shop to be repaired, they had the audacity to tell me that if I get a call from AAA on why I towed it to another location to say that they couldn't repair it so this would not damage their 5* rating!!!!!! I would never, ever, go to this place again and I recommend you do your homework and call around before you take your car to this place. If I could give them a zero star I would but the lowest is 1 star. Rip-off artists.

The place was clean and looked well organized. Reasonable free parking. The two front desk staff were very polite and helpful. I am yet to explore their service. When I do I will come back with more. Overall, first good impression.

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to leave one for JUDE! Jude was super accommodating, understanding, and helpful! Jude made this stressful situation with my car easier to manage. Thank you Jude!!! You are truly appreciated!

I’ve never had a better customer service experience in my life. Came in for an oil change and a rotation and balance, and I was out of there in no time. I got updated every step of the way, and they were able to quickly fix other small issues found along the way after letting me know. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for my car service.

This is my second time at this location, for international DL, the clerk was so incredibly unpleasant this time, from the moment we walked in the door. No greeting(from any one of the employees there honestly). Not personable. When I submitted my application and attempted to ask a question she immediately cut me off with attitude and a undermining tone… even though I was simply trying to explain to her what I had been asked to do by an employee, at that location, the last I had the same service done. Her name is Olivia, and I truly hope she was just having a bad day and is not like this all the time. If she is she definitely should not be where she is the first contact coming in.

I recently needed to inflate my tires and checked AAA to see if they had a free air pump. Sure enough they did and it was super easy to use! The machine automatically starts and stops when the correct amount of tire pressure has been reached. I will definitely be by again in the future.

Their attitude was very horrible. Their customer service was terrible with poor service. Olivia from member services was very rude to me. Instead of explaining the letter I received in the mail that an agent on the phone stated was a scam. she kept pushing me to pay for a membership I did not understand then slammed a note pad to me to go and call someone to help me instead.

I have been taking vehicles to various different mechanic shops in E. Cobb for 10+ years. Time and again I'd end up working with a different service tech at the front counter about every 6 months - turnover at those shops. That's why the last 5-6 years of taking vehicles to AAA began to stand out. I've been getting great service from a solid team who've been there mostly throughout: Jude, Eric & Robin. They're always friendly, helpful, and practical. I've never felt "upsold." If you're feeling disillusioned with other mechanic shops in E. Cobb, give them a try.
