Beginning the process seemed really cool and sweet dealing with Mia at the south cobb location on Saturday 3/15 and then I spoke with her earlier this week and from what I understood of the process I was supposed to next speak to the Gm and that never happened next I hot a call from aarons on cobb parkway on 3/19 from Yolanda who is in the sales department she was adamant in letting me know she was sales and couldn't really seem to conduct herself in a manner to provide good customer service which go hand I'm hand with sale as an expert of the company in sale she should treat a customer as a customer all potential are not yet sold and at this time after dealing with such h a disgusting attitude someone talking to like I work for the company as I try to understand the process I no longer would ever do business essentials with aarons. People come to all in need sometimes embarrassed but should still be treated like a human not a number but a customer disgusting individual to deal with that Yolanda in sales

Professionalism wasn’t a mandatory requirement at this location when they did the hiring!! Very rude, very money hungry, harassing customers just one day late!! Glad paid what was owed & turned back in the items and went elsewhere, where business and how they treat their customers with professionalism and respect!! Don’t shop or even think bout checking out things from this location.. they say reviews says a lot about business!! Well these recent reviews show volume and not the ones from 4/5 yrs ago

Doing business with these people is worst decision ever. My mom wanted to do somthing nice for me so she continued a lease on a ps5 she had for about two months. The ps5 we were given isnt close to the same one she had the 1T Spiderman bundle we got sn 825G god of war bundle with no game and a controller that drifts harder than ken block so it broke her heart that I'm not happy with ps5 but I'm ok with the ps5 ill just use some of my christmas money to get a new controller and a external hard drive I'm upset with the apathy, rudeness, and strait laziness I've encountered trying to do business with this company...aarons will ruin your life.

If I could rate this store 0000 I would! Every since I got started with them , they have been a headache for starters they didn’t have my stuff ready for 2-3 weeks! Don’t rent here, they are so money hungry, will harrass you if you even a day late and even if you pay on your online account , they will keep asking for money! Save your money and get you some furniture or try someone else. They are not worth the hassle and they will stress you out , so rude and heartless! The best person there is Ms Rakia!

A few months ago I went to buy furniture there and the lady that works at the barton location didn't put my order through. Then she tried to sell me things I didn't want and said it was what I wanted even though it wasn't. And I waited a very long time for all my furniture due to her not ordering my things then she gave and still does attitude and I witnessed her giving attitude to other customers and employees. She should not be working there or have the position she has

I had bought a few things from Aaron's and have been happy with the items . One of the items m a asus vivobook laptop . I bought into Aaron's club being told it covers all my purchases . Including if a item was dropped as I am a paraplegic and use a wheelchair/ walker . So a few days ago I took my laptop into my kitchen to put it on the charger . I was using my walker had started to fall . So i flipped the laptop on the kitchen counter 12 to 14 inches off it . And the screen cracked in both corners unfortunately . I am now stuck with a laptop with a cracked screen . And am receiving absolutely no help from Aaron's period . So today I call and ask a few questions regarding the laptop . Things like screen size serial number as I have vision problems . And can't see the serial number on the back of the laptop . They were not even willing to email or text that information . I had plans on getting livingroon furniture and a television for my bedroom . And getting a electronic hospital style bed frame from them . But nope not now soon as my account is paid in full . I won't be getting another thing from Aaron's furniture period . I will get furniture another place and put it on my credit card . Thomas and Samuel are cool but i am very disappointed in Aaron's Furniture . They could have atleast offered me some type of assistance . Oh well it's there lose in losing a payment reliable customer .

This Aaron's kicked Rent A Center's A$$! I love Tiffany and the crew! They came through for me and my family and one of the most challenging times and I am beyond grateful for their ability to rise above and go beyond my expectations! Thank you Aaron's Family.

They missed the pickup date and now I'm stuck paying for a bed I no longer own. And when I was going to be late they basically tried to threaten me with a felony charge I've contacted customer service to see what they say this is not how you do business

Still no laptop and can't come to the store and pick it up either. I have 300 leasing power from 2 different stores now and a formal complaint/ felony if goes unaswerd. I'm still getting billed for something that was taken from me against my will
