Still no laptop and can't come to the store and pick it up either. I have 300 leasing power from 2 different stores now and a formal complaint/ felony if goes unaswerd. I'm still getting billed for something that was taken from me against my will

This store is very unprofessional , some of the workers & all . The SAME day my payment is due ; these folks had the nerve to pop up at my home unexpectedly 3 HOURS before they closed . RIDICULOUS. I would NEVER refer anyone here .

Placed an order. Was approved for a 65 inch tv. I called to see when it would be delivered and find out about completing the lease. Told it was on the truck coming in that day. Was rudely told I would jus have to wait. They would do the lease when the time came. Never received the tv. Very poor customer service.

I bought a 72inch tv that kept messing up was still paying for it and they wanted to charge to fix it. I bought a washer from them they came got it bc it stopped working and brought me a loaner never got mine back. then I moved told them just to come get it all and now I am being sued not once not twice but 3times and there making me pay full price not even taking off where I paid well over a year if not close to two years. I don't recommend them to anyone.

My wife needed a lower lift recliner to recover from a major surgery. They worked out a short term lease with me, despite it not being something they typically allow. Very thankful for their service!

Yolanda was incredibly helpful. If it wasn't for her direct and inquisitive questioning, I would have ended up purchasing a living room set I didn't even want. She went out of her way to ensure I got the exact set I wanted -- she pulled it from their in-store display! The delivery men were kind, professional, and timely. Overall an excellent experience that I've been recommending to everyone. Ask for Yolanda!!

Worst experience ever buying furniture wasn't installed right so I called to let them know on hold 16 minutes and never spoke to anyone hours later called again waited on phone ten minutes only to have to be rushed off phone wouldn't recommend this store some of the employees attitude is horrible when they answer the phone

The customer service here is the WORST!!!! Yolanda is very rude and I regret going into contract with this location! There are so many discrepancies in their contracts and scheduled delivery dates, it’s unbelievable! This is my first and last time purchasing anything from this company based on the professionalism of this locations associates! ?

I've been recommending Aaron's to family & friends ever since my 1st purchase. They are absolutely the best when it comes to taking care of their customers. I know I could get it cheaper at other places but for me ,well it's their customer service that won me from day 1. They gave me what I asked for without pushing more furniture on me . I love them ,I will remain a customer as long as this never changes.
