Albeit an unfortunate situation that put me at Caliber Collision, my service advisor, Mikko C., worked tirelessly to provide the best experience possible. After dining at C&S Seafood (Galleria on the Park location), an Eagle Parking valet attendee wrecked my vehicle in the parking garage while in the process of returning my vehicle to me. The valet driver hit a parking bollard and damaged the entire driver’s side of my new BMW (Shout out to CCPD for responding promptly, yes it was that bad). The customer service I received from intake to pick-up was very professional and Mikko consistently ensured stellar response time to my emails! I applaud the entire team for their hard work and precision in restoring my vehicle to pre-damage condition. Caliber Collision was a dream to work with throughout this fiasco of an event. First 4 pics are before and last pic is after repair work was completed by Caliber.
Side note-When dining in the local area with valet, be extremely wary of using Eagle Parking Valet (EPV) service. After agreeing to cover the cost of repairs and any associated cost due to their employee’s negligence, they stopped communicating with me. I ended up having to use my insurance carrier and EPV’s insurance company ceased communicating with them. They are an absolute trash company as well as their insurance carrier, Crum & Forster.

Poor communication from go. Original appt was not on record. Told me they were missing paperwork. Confirmed with Insurance who gave me date and time of their submission. Had to spoon feed all things to get process moving. Final cost was 235% higher than estimate. Missed p/u projection date by 4 days. Car had new scratches on the trunk they had to buff out. Final parting gift was a chemical burn on my finger from trying to determine if it was wax left on the car or new scratches. It was both. Felt dirty almost at every turn of engagement. Happy it’s in the rear view.

The lady in the front is so slow and uninformed. Such a bad experience just trying to get an appraisal. Came in and she told me to go online to get an appraisal. The online AI one did not suffice for the insurance company so I made an appointment to come back. Again she was in the front and tried to tell me they couldn’t do an appraisal without the insurance company telling them. That is incorrect. Luckily an employee named Nico came out and did finally help me get an appraisal. I’m sure she is a nice person, but terrible front desk help.
